Dumb Shit on Wikipedia

More minor sperging on wikipedia this time with the scam baiting page:
Not only is the page very amateurishly written (it reads like a tv tropes article) it also features complaints of racism:

The source for this claim is this journal article which says scam baiting is a form of colonialism meant to oppress poor Africans and Indians.

Wikipedia seems to be simping for China, like every other "reputable" news source.

In their xenophobia and racism section of the Coronavirus epidemic, the subsection on racist incidents in China is limited to two paragraphs briefly glossing over anti foreigner sentiment ( and don't even mention a popular cartoon spreading across Chinese social media depicting the removal of foreign trash by showing the tossing of a black guy and a white guy into a recycling bin and spraying them with disinfectant) and instead focusing on preferential treatment of foreigners and anecdotal reports of discrimination against Wuhan residents by other Chinese. Conversely, the US subsection is divided into various subsections for various states, not to mention a massive blurb of several paragraphs on racism in the country in general. Honestly, I'm just surprised they even have a subsection on kungFlu-based racism in China.

The only reason Elagabalus castrated himself was because he tried to circumcise himself while drunk. He was an insane faggot, but he wasn't trying get rid of his male organs.

Transvestism in the late Roman Empire used to used as evidence of it's decline and decay, it's fascinating how the rainbow people have now latched onto it as being some sort of trans golden age.

A few years back I listened to Mike Duncan's history of Rome podcast, and when it came to the middle to later empire, there was the recurring story of some rich entitled narcissist, who's made emperor whether by his family or some other clique, only to discover that he doesn't really connect with the Army, Praetorian Guard, or just the mob, particularly when he can't pay the bribes any more.

Anyway historians of ancient Rome have always been good at fleshing out relatively slight and often unreliable sources, to write all encompassing histories. So I suppose it's only fair that the Trannies get to do the same.

They're doing it with Weimar Germany now too lol. Magnus Hirschfeld and the Institute for Sexual Research went from depraved pedophiles to heroic trans allies overnight.

Can I have some sources on him being a pedo? I want to research it but can't find anything relevant with a google search.
I'm not an expert on him but my understanding was that it wasn't about him being a pedo, it was about him attempting to normalise Pedophilia. Which in fairness was a trend among sexologists right up to the 80's. Maybe @Shaka Brah can add sources.

That's about right. He was never directly pinned for it, but he was a proponent of "research" into youth sexuality and members of his Institute were homosexual pederasts.

It's pretty much impossible to find easily accessible English-language resources on this anymore though. In the mid 2010s the Institute received a social-media blitz of propaganda and SEO that's ruined the search engine results for any negative press, and the German-language ones are heavily censored since the Institute was rehabilitated and re-formed there in the 90s as an "anti-Nazi" sort of organization during the gay pride promotion movement. They got a glowing article in Teen Vogue for Christ's sake.

I was so disappointed when Indy Neidell brought up the burning as some terrible thing in the Between Two Wars episode on the Gleichschaltung. But he does live in Sweden, so...
