I've had a few nice conversations with women on this app. For me, it's a breath of fresh air compared to normie dating apps. There's a lot more to comfortably break the ice with here than elsewhere because you know everyone using it is at least a little bit weird like you.

The big downside for me is where I live, which is not the middle of nowhere, but there's a single digit number of women within even a 3 hour drive. And of those, half are obvious catfishes. We've all seen the scrape and we know just how few women are on the app, guess it's better in some regions than others too. Kinda sucks though, all those nice convos are with women who live far away and LDRs are challenging at best.

Duolicious has blackpilled me on normie dating apps more than the normie dating apps did on their own, because now I know how much better it could be. Being able to talk to someone on a dating app about shit like lolcows or AI is so refreshing. And if you set your minimum age high enough (born in the 20th century works pretty well), you can filter out the zoomie zooms and the average non-catfish is way more normal.
