The only people who keep yammering this are random useless people online who literally do nothing with their lives and then waste hours on some lame ass forum talking about how others are doing nothing with theirs, as if that is not hypocritical as hell. Nice attempt to act like some reasonably intelligent, educated person who knows a thing or two about "muh rights" now, but unfortunately for you I watched the video. You were an incoherent, rabid sped and you repeatedly tried to pretend that the bong wasn't even yours and that the lady who worked for the housing organization had planted it there. That's not the way someone who actually knew the relevant laws and was able to articulate a winning argument would act. Funny enough, claiming that the property isn't actually yours obviously completely contradicts your efforts to get your property back, which you are so proud about being successful at.

I'm not even going to parse the material you quoted to attempt to argue whether you're correct now, after the fact, or not--even if you are, it's no surprise that if you get into confrontations with law enforcement on a regular basis, occasionally they'll fuck up and be wrong. Charges get dropped, property gets returned. That doesn't mean that you have any idea what you're talking about (although it's possible that on one occasion after you acted like a tosser but the cops messed up, you were able to figure out why afterwards).

I watched the full video of that incident. Yes, you were told by the officer that you were "free to go." But you then continued to cause a disturbance and were ordered to leave the area. You did not leave and continued to cause a disturbance in spite of repeated warnings before being arrested.

You idiotically seem to think that since at one point you were told you were free to go, that makes anything that you do after fair game and makes you immune to arrest somehow. It's not a loophole that works like that.

But of course, like all sovcits, whenever anything sticks against you you claim it's some combination of corruption and incompetence from officials, but whenever they don't (like you being given back your bong) you think the system is working properly and it proves how well-informed and smart you are when it comes to the law.

Firstly, the proper word would be "you're" and not "Your" as "Your" in that context would indicate that "a pedo" is something that belongs to me whereas "you're" is a contraction for "you are" which is obviously what you were intending to say. Secondly, I am not a pedo, have never been a pedo, and you saying such doesn't make it true, nor do some nonsense charges that allege a crime that years later has never gone to trial. There was no crime, I am not a pedo, and you are simply just butthurt and/or just trolling to try to get some sort of response outside of the norm. I am very familiar with all of the various scenarios and tactics utilized by simple-minded individuals.

Please elaborate on how you randomly received "nonsense charges" relating to CP, without having done anything wrong. I'm sure if you're completely innocent, you'd love the opportunity to tell your side of the story and set the record straight, right?

Since when is "IP Harvesting" threatening a "Cyber Attack"? IP addresses are public record and harvesting and publishing them are entirely lawful. I have been more than civil throughout various situations and as typical of our common man such kind requests are often met with deaf ears. When someone can't hear you then you have to make more noise. Seems very simple to me. I find it quite interesting people such as yourself are so concerned. Why? Is there something you are hiding? As you can see I am an open book, but you, these other people who seem to find some sort of gratification from these situations, I am concerned about you all as it seems quite likely much of your ridicule is a form of projection. I accomplish my goals for my purposes and various tactics can be applied to accomplish them. What you ridicule is simply me utilizing my abilities and skillset to accomplish goals where goals cannot be accomplished otherwise and when attempts otherwise to do so have not been successful. All I posted was a snapshot of your recent Reddit thread to bump this thread without the OP since it had been deleted and you give me a nice big paragraph in response. The best course of action would be to prove that Kiwifarms violates Cloudflare's terms somehow if I really wanted to go that route (which I have no interest in mind you).

I have one charge pending in the supreme court of the State as is. I do not intend to go to jail, furthermore I contend that I did not intercept any communication and even if such a claim is made nothing was intercepted without consent from all parties to the communication. I appealed the first charge myself from jail, and then had another charge dropped. Now it is in the State Supreme Court (Court of Appeals) waiting to be heard. I can attack the 10-402 violation claims all day too. Like I said, keep watching.

Assuming Kiwifarms then did not have any sort of protection otherwise but chose to bring itself back online, I would then attempt to find the actual IP address through that method.
