I didn't really. Why would I want to stop free publicity when my main goal is to get awareness that results in this county being investigated? No random people's opinion matters to me, only relevant ones but the relevant ones see the relevant numbers and it assists with what I am trying to do. In short, you are not actually hurting me you realize?

I do not aggravate anyone who does not aggravate me first outside of people becoming unreasonably aggravated and that is their fault, not mine.

But to make this clear: you do understand there's chain of events that can lead from one to another, right? For example, not complying to police orders can lead to arrest, and bashing your head against pavement and stimming in fit of autistic rage can lead to being sedated. And these consequent chains of actions might not be favourable to you, so why do you do it? What do you get out of it, what's the payoff? Because I'd rather not get punched, detained or cuffed myself.

not complying to police orders can lead to arrest,

And walking outside can lead to getting shot. I don't care. I obey lawful orders, that was not one of them. That is part of the appeal pending in the State Supreme Court. The alleged "disturbance" was Constitutionally protected speech.

Not arguing legalities of what has happened - just asking if you've ever considered that you might catch less flak if you didn't act the way you do? Not to mention, I specifically asked you what you're getting out of your actions, are you going to answer that question?

Next time ask me directly and wait for me to respond. I am not from your site, remember? I don't know what your nerd shit is, Number one if I wanted to i could make as many accounts as I want to post, so blocking me is pointless, number two you didn't tell me what proof you want. I would suggest you not try my patience. Your users are not intelligent enough.

I go by fact, not imagination. If a cop doesn't know that "free" means "free" that is not my fault. I understand words as they are said, not as someone intends them to be said. Here is a copy of my writ of certiorari.

Hate all you want, I will be laughing my way to the bank when all is said and done. I got my laptop back btw (

I've watched you hilarious pinheads for years and you're all the same. You're going to be rich when it's all over, not just a moron with a criminal record. It's never happened, though, for any of you.

Gonna be real with you for a sec, Dustin.

Huffing your own farts more than you actually breath oxygen isn't healthy.
Check your ego, brah.

"you hilarious pinheads". Let me guess? You think I am a sovereign citizen too? Here is the last guy that thought that. Do sovereign citizens issue copyright takedown requests?

I was always under the impression they don't even believe the court has jurisdiction over them for a copyright claim to even be an actual thing.

Well to be fair, your claims to know the law better than law enforcement and the legal system is quite fitting of a sovciv.
Just saiyan.

That doesn't stop them from doing it. Quite often, they even claim their name is copyrighted and courts aren't allowed to use it, and sue for copyright infringement over that.

"Your claims to know the law better than law enforcement and the legal system"

I would hardly call some backwoods bumpkin town "the legal system". I got my bong back, I got my laptop back, I had success in my first appeal, and a further appeal may result in acquittal entirely and in the wiretap case coming up the prosecutor recharged me because he is worried that my arguments will be successful and he thought switching the charges to "interception of a wire communication" would help his case, but it doesn't. If I was not right, how come it is the State with 7 continuances with the defense at 0? I am not sure how familiar you are with the legal system, but I assure you, what they are doing is akin to running with their tail tucked between their legs, trying to find some way to save face.

That doesn't stop them from doing it. Quite often, they even claim their name is copyrighted and courts aren't allowed to use it, and sue for copyright infringement over that.

Can I have an example of this? I have never seen this. I typically see them avoid police and the courts in their entirety when they have the option.

I go by fact, not imagination.

And the fact is that your past actions have gotten you in situations people usually rather avoid. So I guess I'll ask you this once again: what are you getting out of your actions? I'm not asking you whether you're right on legal sense, I'm asking you why do you stand your ground so firmly?

Sovcits try to use (their twisted misunderstanding of) the legal system as a weapon all the time, while simultaneously denying it's legitimacy. They believe they are entitled to all of the protections that the law affords them, but aren't subject to any of the rules it imposes on them.

Can I have an example of this? I have never seen this. I typically see them avoid police and the courts in their entirety when they have the option.

If you really need to ask for an example, you don't know what a sovict it, but you still are one.

Most people are ignorant do-nothings so that argument sounds stronger to you than it does to me. Despite all the random ridicule, I accomplish a lot within the courts. The only people who don't think so are unfamiliar or simply being obtuse just to do it.

I'm not trying to argue whether you're right or wrong. I was simply asking why you dedicate yourself to your activism. And what do you exactly accomplish with courts, besides getting your physical stuff back? I mean, if the situation wouldn't have happened, you wouldn't have to go through the hassle of getting your possessions back.
