Dramacow Dustin Cavanaugh / Xsquader - Public nuisance, GameFAQs sperg, convicted felon

As what I have heard he wasn't outright convicted but accepted a plea bargain because otherwise he would get evicted for being out of town for too long.

Anyone got mirrors of his last few facebook videos before his account got banned. He basically described his life as a sex offender in one. And talked about what he did in the other. Him saying he wasn't a pedophile even though he viewed CP was hilarious. His defense was someone has to help identify the children in the videos they might be missing. So he is the hero the world needs watching CP to save children.

I saw his facebook too and have never seen a video of him describing his life as a sex offender. Kiwifarms works based on facts and sources and not on rumors.

Just because you didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. I was thinking of posting it after work but then realized I had posted three updates in this thread in a row so I planned to post it the next day to not post so much stuff back to back in this thread. I checked the next day and his account was banned.

You can say all you want. If you do not have proof to back your claim, then it is bullshit. There is no need in making a dramacow look worse than they already are by making up rumors and making excuses about why you don't have the evidence to back your claim. Even on other threads, if someone makes a claim without proof, I am not just going to buy it off them. Making up stuff about lolcows to make them worse they already seems almost akin to a-logging.

Believe him or don't, rate his post "optimistic" or "disagree" if you don't, express skepticism if you want, but don't be an angry sped about it and prolong a he-said/she-said argument with no real evidence either way.

Lolcows have their social media accounts suspended or delete their own content all the time, and it's not uncommon here (nor should it be discouraged) for people to say "hey I saw X get posted before it was wiped, did anyone archive it?" You're right that no proof was provided, but that shouldn't preclude people from posting asking if others have said proof. What he's suggesting certainly sounds plausible to me but I think anyone with some critical thinking skills can see it's thus far unsubstantiated. That doesn't mean it's necessarily "made up." We'll see what shakes out over time (unfortunately this isn't the most popular cow so there aren't dozens of people waiting to screenshot and archive everything he posts).

I didn't realize he was far enough gone to actually either:

A: Believe that he's important enough that he was framed/that it was planted. Which I doubt.
B: Think that anyone is going to buy this as an excuse for his charges of having child pornography, which I think is the case.

Nobody's going to buy that seeing as he's not important enough to be on anyone's radar who could be capable of such a setup.

I'm sure Dustin believes the Hagerstown Police Department is evil enough to do something like this. Or even be evil enough to believe the local North Carolina police who nailed him with the CP charges to begin with.

For those that follow his youtube channel he does still make videos frequently but he often makes them unlisted or private after a few hours. I got the url to this one before he made it unlisted today.
