Out of Phil's associates past an present, a fair number.
He's a magnet for this sort of people, this is sorta what makes Phil so unique he's a massive cow in his own right but he manages to find other people nearly as bizarre as himself.

The place he was lieing about being in negotiations with was sorta assisted living that much was confirmed as soon as we got the name of the place he was talking about, it wasn't a full blown group home but it wasn't a place totally of his own either it was more like a place with a bed, bathroom and basic facilities that had a doorman / wrangler kinda deal.

The thing is Phil is starting to not like the bumming around lifestyle - he's getting to old for it and his sources of free places to stay for a few nights is rapidly drying up his circle of friends is shrinking all the time and the ones he does have are not that fond of spending any time with him an would rather he stays on the other side of the computer screen.

The thing is he's getting old he's 30 in poor physical condition and is mentally handicapped, and he's just self aware enough to realise the good times are going to end soon so he's getting desperate for some way to take off a significant portion of his impending responsibilities - i.e. Rent, Food, Transport etc.

All this Weeping with Pity/Dusty stuff coming nearly right after all the CkMongler drama was something that I didn't see coming, but in terms of being a long term ween, this Dusty tard fits the bill quite well. Even at the point @Flowers For Sonichu pulls the trigger and calls him in the IP match he still has a bit of a think to see if he can make an excuse.

But the main reason this happened is Dusty just wouldnt hide his power level and loved telling his crazy stories. @Ravenor and I both warned him this would happen if he didnt cool off but Dusty just wanted your attention and money for his book and cardgame.
If it hadnt been so far fetched then we wouldnt have needed to dig.

I've gone back through the sub to get everything in order. Phil has been perpetrating The Housing Lie for a month and a half now. One of the first instances of it was a throw away comment on an unrelated post where he says he'll have "permanent housing" in June

On 4/22 Phil listed a bunch of outrageous demands for Cascadian housing - such as faking another assault to try and get out of living any place that he deemed beneath him. Those places, by the way, aren't in bad areas, but they are all assisted living facilities for people with behavioral health and substance abuse problems.

Pulled from the Cascadia website, the reason Phil had a "violent encounter" with a man is really because the housing units in those areas for extreme tards who need direct care and supervision.

My theory:

Phil really did have a meeting with someone at Cascadia when he went back to Portland. AJ/Alice Luxton most likely lives in one of their facilities and stupidly agreed to give Phil an "in" with someone and bypass the initial waiting list. This "case manager", taking one look at Phil and hearing his outrageous stories of daily assaults from a nebulous group of superhacker stalkers, decided he was bugfuck nuts and showed him the Tard Clinic he would be best at.

Phil lost his shit and pretended to be assaulted as a trump card and the case manager told him that he wasn't getting independent housing because more deserving people were on the wait list. As a result, Phil ran away back to Oakland to nurse his bruised ego. Since he had already made the claims of "permanent housing" to his tens of active friends, he couldn't back down from that lie and has since continued to try and act like it was really going to happen.

Getting called out on his lie within minutes of posting it, and the 2 day tard rage that followed, lend credence to this theory.

Nha in the past he's been absolutely terrified of places like group homes / assisted living because that would mean to him his just like CWC and his brother - you used to be able to get quite the chimp out from him just by mentioning it to him.

Phil was fine with dropping details about were he had approached until we looked into it find its mostly secured living for tards (not tranz).
I think phils happy to live anywhere warm, dry and "safe" at this point so long as he can lie about it.

Oh yes I said as much upthread, but in the past it's got a really viceral reaction out of him hell that's why he chimped at bufflo bill in the first place - he knows the good times are comming to a end and he wants others to do most of the work for him so that's why he's even considering it.

I love how far he's come in such a short period of time, it's gone from tans only commune with bikes an free internet to well maybe I should look into assisted liveing.

At this point I'm not positive Dusty/WWP had a solid end game, at least not in the day leading up to the reveal. My hypothesis:

WWP, who knew Phil in college and likely is Dusty, joins the Farms to be petty about this guy. If what he said as Dusty is true, then Phil in those days gave his ego a nice fat boost and he misses that. For a while, reliving the glory days was enough.
WWP starts to regret not being out as Dusty and/or starts to feel bad that Phil is constantly shit on. He is, after all, his white knight.
WWP creates the Dusty account here and probably the Joyce account on FB as his 'reason' for finally joining. . .but then fucks up a bit and says he joined to defend Tweaker, which he then doesn't do.
Dusty goes on and on about how he doesn't really like us and Phil's not so bad, he just needs Dusty to save him, blah blah blah. People start getting aggressive with him in his AMA, Dusty starts trying to appease us by saying when Phil flips out, he'll give us caps, which is directly in opposition to his earlier white knight position. That seemed fishy to me but I didn't say anything at the time because I'm not funny like Dynastia. This really highlights how fickle Dusty is. I definitely agree with the savior's complex. . .and I see the narcissism element too.
Because everything falls apart after this as Dusty tries to be the mega-hero, to best serve himself.
Dusty continues trying to save Phil while also saying Phil can't be helped in a poor attempt to please both Phil and us.
Dusty really, really wants us pleased because he probably realized he can't come back as WWP and he was banking on us to literally be his bank. What he doesn't realize is he's trying to juggle three or four narratives at once that do not work with one another. If he saves Phil, he condemns the Farms and his 'friends', if he plays nice with us, he can't save Phil. He definitely wasn't thinking end game then, though he might have at the start. By the time he was revealed he was panicking, not planning.

Just to claify a couple of points.
Dusty confirms in PMs that the dox phil posted on tweaker were out of date.
So he did nothing because he felt he didnt have to because dusty gives zero fucks if someone is giving out some random persons phone number.
So his rage at phils actions was false flagging.
Secondly he was already in contact with @Ravenor so needed to do nothing but sit back and have us do his dirty work. He was happy to have @Ravenor find janice for him and do all the hard work whilst telling Joyce it was all about him but didnt want to be honest about motivations or his interaction with the farm.
Lastly he wanted to play the double role of master troll leaking us intel whilst at the same time locking phils facebook down nice and tight and helping him purge it of troll accounts. So if you want phil content then you gotta go to dusty. Or atleast that was the plan.
After dusty got found out he made a cry baby PM in which he accuses us of trying to make him look bad (all we did was post stuff you left on the internet for anyone to find buddy) and tells us he gonna horde his content then tells tweaker the cat hes totally willing to share.
