I still can't believe he tried to shill his card game idea for crowdfunding. That's something an exceptional individual does.

Lastly he wanted to play the double role of master troll leaking us intel whilst at the same time locking phils facebook down nice and tight and helping him purge it of troll accounts. So if you want phil content then you gotta go to dusty. Or atleast that was the plan.
After dusty got found out he made a cry baby PM in which he accuses us of trying to make him look bad (all we did was post stuff you left on the internet for anyone to find buddy) and tells us he gonna horde his content then tells tweaker the cat hes totally willing to share.

I don't think the "Double Agent Dusty" theory is correct. What I do remember is that WWP showed up and kind of explained who Phil used to be before he turned into who he is today, and WWP kind of acted like they were two different people: a sympathetic and awkward young man who latched onto someone who wanted to be his friend, and a crazy quasi-transsexual hobo. At least that's what the initial narrative was. Phil noticed and figured out it was Dusty, or at least one of the people who knew back in those days, which lent credence to the direct Phil/Dusty actions. I think what happened was that WWP was trying to build Dusty up to be this all-around cool guy before the suspicion of WWP actually being Dusty gained too much ground. I believe that the Phil's Favorite Footlong account was created almost too early, before he could really sort out an endgame but before things would've fallen apart anyway. The big problem with the whole Phil/Dusty/KF triangle was that Dusty really didn't care about Phil, despite the "redeem him" talk. Otherwise, Dusty would've bragged to Phil that he pulled off a successful ruse, and Phil would feel smug instead of sad. Phil's change to his account was probably independent of that switch.

Your theorys as valid as any since at the moment no one knows the answer and is just trying to interpret the evidence (if you will).
The only reason i think Dusty may be behind phils recent facebook is due to his previous reluctancy to drop the account when he wanted his name changed.
Either phil wouldnt do it before because he was playing battle of wills with facebook admins and saw creating a new account for his Izzy Persona as giving in or he only did it now because someone he always obeys told him to.
I think the simplest explanation for everything was Dusty didnt really have an endgame because he was playing it by ear, he didnt expect to be caught so quickly so couldnt end his narrative as his whole plan came undone in around 24hours from inception.
If anything hes only helping phil now to spite @Smutley and @Ravenor but holding his cards close incase he gets anything really juicy he can use to justify that this was his plan all along.

Surprised he'd do something that dumb after a fairly controlled :ruse: up until that point. There was stuff that should have aroused suspicion in WWP's posts, and some stories that were a bit incredible, but he'd more or less gotten away with it.

I wonder what motivated him to blow his cover like that.

Isn't it amazing that a purported "Wall Street Journal’s Business Scholar of the Year" can't even finance his own little pet project?

And for a supposed "business scholar", he sure sucks at marketing research. It's not as if Kiwi Farms has a history of crowdfunding people's vanity projects. Try Something Awful, champ.

I guess wanting to impress tweaker or it seemed like it would match with what weeping sold us.
Dustys is supposed to be all about helping the weak and oppressed and mean old phil targets poor innocent tweaker....its pretty decent narrative structure for someone like Dusty that thinks showmanship should outweigh truth.
Like you said he wanted to be Autistic batman.
 
Obviously any story Dusty tells about himself is fake or exaggerated to look cool. Or at least the autistic perception of cool. That was apparent an hour into his AMA. But Phil is so bizzare that stories about him can't be so easily dismissed, even from a proven liar.

You would figure something like that would yield some google results but nope.
For a guy wall street journal had high hopes for he sure seems to be living in a shared apartment with crazy people whilst e-begging from strangers.
Chalk it up to more lies.

Going through old Hoov threads there are so many occassions where WWP is all "Dusty this, Dusty that"
(Which gradually made it more and more obvious WWP is Dusty)


Then new(!) Dusty hops on the farms to validate old Dusty's remarks.

And if you go back and read the WWP posts...

Damn son i never caught that first time.
So either Dusty was always an attention whore or he already knew everything relevant about tweakers time with phil.

If I recall correctly, Weeping came after Tweaker, and after Tweaker had gone from "Phil's PR representative" to "Phil's Benedict Arnold". So unless my chronology is screwed up, Dusty/WWP knew everything we did in terms of the times Tweaker and Phil spent together.

Weeping joined on the 8th of june last year with tweaker joining later that month.

Either way, he knew about as much as we do, at least about Phil's time on the streets. Speaking of which, Dusty-as-WWP claimed Dusty had been homeless for a while and "fought his way out of it". I wonder what really happened.
