Personally I used her extremely sparingly, least used team member, but I still got the good ending. Afaik dialogue is more important than the minigame but both contribute. Romancing her also helps but you can still get the good ending without romancing.

If you don't go out of your way to fuck it up or intentionally antagonize invisigal you can get the good ending without much issue.

More proof you didn't play the game. All the demon does is swing a large sword and be slightly stronger than an average person and the superman is extremely nerfed. He's not an invincible demigod, he gets held hostage by regular goons and a central plotline surrounding him is that he is catatonic after his girlfriend left him rendering him lethargic and unable to actually contribute in any meaningful capacity.

There is no instance in the game where he cleaves through a skyscraper with supersonic speed.

The main conflict surrounding him is not whether he's strong enough to defeat his clone or the rest of the retarded shit the superman movie did, its him getting over his breakup and moving on with his life.

Youre just being pedantic now. The point is that those characters aren't "street level" and the game isn't some grounded protrayal of superheroes so nothing you're saying disproves anything. Also Superman has lost to people without powers many times and has been captured/weakened so I guess by your stupid logic he isn't God level.

We're talking about the movie not the greater superman canon. You can immobilize phenomaman with a robot arms and a sad song, in the movie luthor had to trap superman in a paraversal prison with element man to stop him.

Gunn Supes is way weaker than any of the prior movie version hell he spends most of the movie getting beaten up or out done until the last moment.

I was watching a streamer glaze the shit out of this game just a few days ago, so I went to look it up on the PS Store. I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out what the gameplay was. So I pulled up a youtube video, scanned through it and STILL couldn't figure out what the gameplay was.

Once I realized it was a game with no gameplay, I noped out. In retrospect, I lucked out, because if there was even a hint of gameplay I probably would have bought it.

Its not a walking sim or a game, its a slightly interactive tv show. The entire thing is pre-rendered and 95% of the game files are just mp4s.

There's a pretty fun dispatching minigame inbetween story segments. You see threats and you dispatch appropriate heroes, level them up, upgrade them etc. Its a nice blend of story and game due to the heroes bantering and chatting inbetween jobs and comment on what's happening.
 
Telltale devs should have never been allowed into a game studio ever again after delivering over a decade of fake shitty TV show """games""". Give me another Sam and Max point and click adventure game you niggers. The criticism is pretty straight forward. If the mini game (or quick time events for that matter) are gonna matter for the ending, why are you allowed to AFK them? If choices matter, then there should be a fail state where the game branches for you sucking at them or just give a game over if they're not gonna bother. The game mechanics should be used to inform the player as to what they're doing and how they're actually affecting the outcome (no, the game credits telling you got the bad ending doesn't count). The devs did a terrible job of giving you an incentive to play the mini game. That is quite literally bad game design.

The obvious problem is that was never the point. The story was alway on rails and the "game" is a barely justified and underdeveloped medium for what could've easily have been a TV show. Shit, make it like Clue where you could shoot actual multiple endings and not Mass Effect different color endings.

TL;DR - there's not enough game in this game.
