Earworms. You can love them. You can hate them. You can insert a pneumatic drill into your brain via your ear hole in a vain attempt to remove the sequence of sounds driving you to madness. Nothing works. This thread is for those kind of songs. Here's a nice wholesome one to start with, about the wonders of pig rodent technology:

Even the most rabid Trump hater won't be able to get this out of their head.

I've had this fucking thing stuck in my head for a week now.

Can people please at least put the titles of songs/videos they're linking? Some of us are on TOR and just see a blank space instead of a video.

As for my earworm, it's a song I keep hearing on a French internet station. Because I'm not "into" music, I can't tell you the title. But I can describe it.

It starts off with a strings sample. Unlike actual strings, It "cuts off" each note instead of decaying. This makes it sound like you're listening to it backwards. After the strings sample, a tinkly piano phrase plays, creating a call-and-response between the strings and piano. The strings/piano phrase plays through the whole song. There are lyrics, but the reverb is so strong I can't tell what's being said. At various points a voice says what sounds like "Move on! Move on!", or "Go long! Go long!"

If anyone knows what the song is called you would be my savior. If anyone remembers old BritCom Green Wing it sounds a lot like it could have come from that show, if that helps.

This song is so good it makes me want to shoot up a convenience store!
