Mate of mine recently had some bitch give out his phone number and forced him to change it. We have her number. Surely give us some tips on how to do the same back.
Tried googling for shit, results were flooded with ads for paid services. Fuck that shit.

Before you jokingly ask, no, I'm not going to post it to the forums.

Play some shitty MMO's and use their phone number every time you're asked to fill out a survey to get free gems or whatever they're using these days.
Those are literally bait for robocalls.

Use their name and number for a website registration. a .US means there is no privacy allowed therefore every Punjab will be calling night and day to offer to setup their website and domain hosting.

Craigslist. Escort sites. Toilet walls. Hire a sky writer. Project it onto a building.

All YOU need do is get that number into the RIGHT persons address book and watch the comedy unfold.

Whats her number?

From my experience in selling fsbo properties: the "we buy ugly houses" and "we pay cash for houses" people. Not the legit realtors. I've gone through their type a handful of times, whenever you sell to someone else or just start ignoring them, they'll flood your number with "hot girls in your area" text messages and "we heard you were looking to purchase this used car" phone calls. They're the type of people who get really petty when they miss out on a perceived deal. If you send a message through their websites saying you want to sell some properties you own, whatever phone number you use on that website will be basically unusable for the next 2 weeks to 3 months.
