None of these really seem like EBM (Electronic Body Music) or Darkwave to me. Swarm, Ghost Twin, and Gulf Blvd seem like EDM (Electronic Dance Music) or maybe Dark EDM. 3teeth is an Industrial band. Ayria seem to slightly have some elements of EBM but overall just sounds like Futurepop, the previous group (Epsilon Minus) she was in before starting that project has stronger elements of EBM but also overall sounds like Futurepop.

Second Prince Lotor, the only one close is Ayria and even then she's more goth synthpop. Also have to mention if you consider harsh EBM/aggrotech as EBM since some really - really - like to differentiate anything with harsh vocals as a wholly separate genre.
Assuming harsh is allowed, some more recent examples I like are these (though a few of them show how just how ambiguous the classification can bethese days):
