I regret to inform you you're not thinking brown enough. There's never any of that because all the gibs are usually gone within a few days of being received. If they had any ability to plan for the future or delay gratification, they wouldn't be poor retards on gibs to begin with. When I was a teenager I worked as a grocery cashier and these dumb niggers would always come in around the first of the month and load up on slop then bitch for the remainder of time before the next handout that they were oppressed and not properly taken care of. It's one of the reasons accepting EBT at McDonalds and shit is so awful because they're gonna blow that money on just a few slop meals and starve half of the month anyways.
 
Went to Wal-Mart. Shelves completely empty, place on fire. Got mugged, stabbed, raped and then shot.

No, not really. Completely normal. Also completely normal, number of nogs: 0.

Maybe this is a Europoor view, but is lobster some kind of basic staple food in America? It's odd to me to see people talking about getting lobster on food stamps. I associate it more with up market restaurants. Unless maybe you live in or very near a fishing community where it's more traditional.

Lobster is hyper expensive, its not poor people food stuffs.
 
Update: the trip to the supermarket on the shady side of town went fine. probably too early for any chimpouts yet

Defecits don't even count. My ancestors starved out if they didn't do something meaningful. I pay net taxes and government wouldn't give me shit, not that I even want a hand out. I wish EBT would shut down forever instead of just a month or two.

What is the discount situation? Normal 25%-50% off on perishable near to use-by-date (perishable) food or already more on non-perishable food with longer use-to-date food items?

When folks talk of poors buying steak and lobster, it's usually just being hyperbolic and illustrating bad choices of buying luxury food instead of equally nutritious but cheaper things.
Pretty sure lobster IS covered by EBT though, as long as it's purchased in a grocery and not in a restaurant or deli.
