Why am I utterly unsurprised that a lot of people who LARP as "based" nigger/troonslayers on here are now oy veying about how they can't work because of "muh mentals" and need gibsmedats.

One thing I think needs to be done with EBT is making it stricter on what people can buy on it.

It really shouldn't cover things like soda and candy and should cover mostly nutritional foods.
 
i've been trying to find an old "sermon" by Saint Andersen of Tempe where he went over how many healthy groceries you can buy compared to slop with just $20 or something like that.

I’ve been neurotically checking my ammo order or to see if it shipped yet and it’s still on label created. I keep a baseline amongst of ammo as an emergency. With all the videos of nogs announcing they’re going to rob and loot I don’t want to be caught lacking for a second. Worrying about food riots during Covid was a lot easier when I just single. Now it’s like “Fuck what if she and the baby go to the grocery store and I’m not there” or “What if I’m at work and they decide to go door to door in groups”.

I woke up thinking about this EBT stuff today.
Most of the people I know who get it are not the type to riot. They might bitch about it a little or be sad but riot? Nah.
Are the big ol' fatties that spend their food budget on candy bars and soda going to be running around blowing stuff up? lol no (they might send their kids to do it though, or their men)

If you have family and friends who will be affected by this, be prepared to help them with food and maybe talk them out of doing anything ugly.
Avoid going to any protests over this. It will be a trap.
Don't let this turn into 2020. No violence, to stick it to the politicians who orchestrated the shutdown and are now gleefully waiting for cities to burn.

Amazon sells food, not just through their grocery service. Avoid shops if you worry about crime and order a case or two of your favorite canned goods, rice, beans, pasta etc.

Your list (from where?) is 36, and does not include Alabama, Indiana, or Mississippi as Politico claimed, so we have at least 39 if both lists are accurate.

I cannot fathom doing this as my career, reporting a concrete "at least 25" figure, then making no effort whatsoever to display/link all datapoints. Grace, you lazy whore, do your fucking job.

It's not even an important figure here, but makes me MATI how every single journoscum claim is a modest timesink to evaluate (when it's possible at all). Ease of verification means nothing to these ghouls.
 
I'm just happy knowing I'm not alone in hoping some very public and very entertaining violence definitely doesn't happen because of this.

Mr. Money Mustache has an article on cutting your grocery bill down. The tldr is buy ingredients instead of premade slop, and embrace home cooking.

Really the saddest and most frustrating thing about this is that honest people who are disabled or unable to work or rely on food stamps for legit reasons (like people in this thread) have to suffer from this EBT drama because of lazy assholes like this bitch in the video.
 
I watched a short clip of some streamer playing a Low Tier God video with Uncle Ruckus music in the background yesterday. In it he tells some troll that he could beat his, "EBT diet ass body ass" or something. I thought it was pretty creative.

In any case angry fat people are funny so I see this as a win for me.

I'm curious to see how meat prices are going to be hit. I'm hoping beef gets discounted heavily and I can go buy a ton of it to dry or freeze. If I'm lucky I can have a giant stockpile of beef jerky on the cheap. Of course, those prices will skyrocket the minute the gibs come back but that's not going to stop me from trying.

At the end of the day what's going to happen is eventually the government will get its tard bux back and the first thing that will happen is EBT backpay, which will fuck all the groceries for a while. If you're going to stock up for anything, stock up for that.
