TLDR; Regardless of EBT in November, bigger unrest will occur next year through funding cuts. I hope the idle, able-bodied EBT Americans eat each other alive.
If EBT is cut for all of November, crime rates will go up, particularly crime involving theft. This is also true for other states and cities which have a high concentration of federal program recipients.
It will start with looting grocery stores, then retail stores, eventually turning to residential break-ins (apartments first) and car break-ins.
Regardless of how November goes, all of this will almost certainly play out around midyear 2026 (eg April - May) from the CRE loan "maturity wall" defaults, which will be reported on March 31st, 2026. A large number of over-leveraged small banks and firms will go insolvent. The Fed will print more money to assist larger banks, who will be impacted through inter-bank loans, and funding for government assistance programs will get cut back.
Add to this a rising homeless rate, rising credit card charge off rates (already worse than 2008, rising auto loan delinquency rates, and you have one hell of a bad storm for the majority of Americans, especially the mouth-breathing illiterate hunter-gatherers at the bottom. Credit and lending will dry up and cash will be king. The EBT-darkie-Americans will, sooner or later, start stealing from private citizens. BECAUSE...
...None of the nignogs have cash; they fucking use Klarna to buy Popeyes chicken through multiple installments, which will be gone. None of the beaners have cash; they try to sell you flowers at stoplights and tamales in parking lots.
Best case scenario: November has no EBT and gives you a glimpse into the future, by roughly 7 months.
