Hard to say. Depends if they stocked up their cupboards. Peckish apes chimp out. Starving apes chimp out harder. Ravenous apes chimp out the hardest.

It'll depend if bleeding hearts offer some help and they'll get merc'd. But if people stay out of it for their safety... The problem will solve itself within 5 weeks.

Exactly and when you look at these companies, lets imagine they make $100 billion in revenue a year - how much of that do you think is directly or indirectly attributed to foodstamps?

It's perverse incentives combined with the fact they have an incentive to make food low quality (material wise) and as addictive/nutritionally void as possible.

Food stamps are a top up, not the whole diet.

Providing staples and essentials would ensure that taxpayer’s money is actually going on proper food.

However, as explained by the word “menu”, the idea is that recipients would choose what they want from a general list. The foods mentioned were examples.

On one hand im glad that this lazy fucks will feel even if it is for a day what actually having to buy groceries from your own pocket and have think what youll buy. On the other hand i feel for the people that actually need it because life has given them a bad hand.

Personally im glad that this fucking niggers will struggle and nig out. They are basically living off from the goverment and of our tax money while we hard working folk have to go break our backs while they stay at their cushy section 8 homes posting tik toks about how oppressed they are etc etc.

I've seen a few people say this but you're probably framing it wrong - placating a % of the population with free food is exactly what you want, otherwise you will not only have to interact with the hordes of unwashed masses in daily life but they will be viscerally angry.

When people's food security is at risk they go fucking apeshit (yes, even more so than usual)

There probably needs to be some balance but just shutting down the entire system like this is going to cause unforeseen circumstances and huge 2nd and 3rd order consequences. Given the way America has been sailing recently I'm not sure it can weather such a storm anymore (but who knows)

All you need to make restaurant-quality fried chicken at home is a cheap stovetop pressure-cooker.
If you actually know how to cook, you can do it in a cast-iron pan, which is how it was done before Colonel Sanders popularized pressure frying.

That's a more fair way to look at it. I just get pissed off at people saying you can live off of rice and beans. I'm not sure I support the government feeding people at all unless they're willing to do something in return, but if they're going to feed them, they should feed them right. Obviously children are innocent and don't deserve the starve, but there's way too much "gibs me that" for me to think it's just a good idea to sling pasta and rice at people.
