Up to 46% of Black Americans are on food stamps. Nearly 60% of Black Americans pay no income tax. A third of Black American men are convicted felons. Half of all black children are raised in a single parent household. A quarter of blacks are illiterate and a third are considered low literacy. Nearly a quarter don’t even finish high school despite the fact we’ve continuously lowered standards just for them. This is after several decades of trillions of dollars being thrown at them to bail them out. Special schools with additional funding are allocated just for Blacks. We’ve been bussing blacks to white schools, increasing their funding, doing *everything we can* and they still won’t learn to read and write. We’ve spent nearly inconceivable amounts of money on them, lowered standards, made accommodations, become supplicants to their inane bullshit, give them special public sector jobs that put up with them, and they still can’t figure it the fuck out. Fuck em. If you can’t build a modicum of a functioning society off that much help, that’s a problem with *you*.

We feed them, clothe them, house them, provide them work, education, entertainment, everything. But apparently “Get a job”, “Be polite”, “Don’t commit crimes” and “Pay your own bills” is still too much to ask.

Most of white america sees groids as akin to inheriting an old, diseased, grouchy bastard of a dog from your dead grandmother. Sure, it costs a lot of money and gives you nothing but a headache in return, but you feel some sort of sense of obligation to take care of it. It’s time we old Yeller that shit. It’s been over 60 years since the Civil Rights Act and they’re still so incapable of even close to normal functioning that they are a significant net negative on society. We’d literally be wealthier per person without them. It’s clear that nothing we can do is going to fix them. Just take it out back and put it out of its misery already.

I have a retarded idea: implement UBI, but instead of Universal Basic Income it's Universal Basil sustenance.
Every LEGAL CITIZEN receives
a) A basic set of clothes.
b) A small room within a concrete building with just enough space for a single bed, a sink, a bar of soap, a single outlet and a small box for belongings.
c) A key for said room.
d) The simplest smartphone possible with limited call time and data.
e) Two daily portions of tasteless nutriloaf that has enough calories and nutrients to sustain someone.

Want a better place to live? Get a job. Just holding even the most mundane of jobs would give you the right to better accommodation. Otherwise, you're staying in the niggercube.

Good behavior, voluntary work and showing responsibility would be rewarded with wholesome leisure materials of their choice. Arts and crafts, sportsballs, books, gym weights, etc.

Want to buy junk food or useless shit? Get a job and pay for it out of your own pocket.

Broke or Defaced your government-issued stuff? Too bad, it's going to stay broken because that's all you get. If you want a new one, get a job and pay for it.

If a libshit commie whines about this being inhumane, you point out that this is literally everything they have ever wanted, and 50 times better than the living conditions in the Soviet Union. Then you beat them to death with a rock because they're commies.

You're basically describing a 19th century workhouse. They were abolished due to costly mismanagement and because they were dens of disease, immorality, and general misery. Bringing back the worst feature of the Victorian era won't fix any problems with the 21st century.

I know yanks like to make fun of the British for having beans on toast as our go-to cheap/quick meal but you could honestly do a lot worse. It’s dirt cheap to make, the beans have lots of protein in and chances are you’re getting at least a couple of vitamins from the tomato sauce.

Sikhs are also very into feeding the poor and IIRC their gurdwaras literally have kitchens where they make free food for anyone who turns up even if they aren’t a member of the religion. So if your area has been jeeted enough that you have one near you then you might be able to get a free vegetarian curry from them every now and again.

I lived in Canada for most of my life before moving south of the border (wife is American). I hope to fuck Canada disentangles from America over the next several years.

It really is annoying how loud America is on the global stage. I love living here, don’t get me wrong, there’s a reason why I moved south vs her moving north, but I can understand and relate to gripes of people from outside of the country.

I don't know how people can come to that conclusion when the USA funds so much of their existence. The moment Trump told the EU he was planning on pulling funding from Ukraine and having less military presence in the region, they pitched a collective fit.

The Financial Audit actually gets the crème de la crème of financial retards. Real life is much worse. The average person is completely incapable of living under a capitalist system and they survive solely through theft or debt.

Consider the fact that they cannot survive on their wages because the market price now assumes people shopping have both wages + SNAP benefits as a price floor.

Without the SNAP benefits, the market will correct itself. It will be hard for a while, and might require some step down stuff (government cheese, the government no longer paying farms to not grow things, etc) but it will correct.

This is the same thing that will happen to colleges once the Student Loan system is dismantled. They WILL charge less, becuase it won't be free money anymore.

Most people have already bought what they’ll give out on Halloween anyways. And Halloween candy itself is unnecessarily marked up.
Some people spend hundreds of dollars for candy for one night. They’re not going to spend that money on granola bars and instant mac and cheese cups, that can add up as well.

I would like to watch it blow up in someone’s face though, if a black family that didn’t depend on EBT were handed a few Walmart brand granola bars instead of chocolate.

The reason why snap exists is because people would spend their money on shit food because it was cheap (think garbage shit you find at the dollar tree). It's not to say they don't (they do, there's literally no excuse why you cannot eat healthy food on snap, it's cheaper and better). Prior to food stamps people would spend their money on instant food and that sort of stuff. Learn what your states EBT card looks like, then when you go to the grocery store, see what people buy with said EBT. Most of the time it's not healthy food. And we're not talking about a box of Pop-Tarts here or a (cold) rotisserie chicken there. We're talking about hundreds of dollars of just garbage food. Nutritionally garbage, food and then they complain that they can't cook.
