By the way- if anyone is in need of food, look into your city to see if there's places that have food lines, depending on your state, if that happens. You can also do food banks, but if there are local places in your city that might have food lines that give away free food that's donated to the city by stores, look into those.

A lot of them do it weekly and they don't have limits once a month. Usually all they ask of you is your address to prove you live in whatever city offers this.

Depends on who exactly moves first. If Trump caves and provides illegals free healthcare, that's a legit loss that undoes his domestic policy. If BLM riots and governments tear gas them, the Dems will spin it as Trump's fault, but fail because riot control looks good for executives and bad for the legislatives, especially if the National Guard is doing it.

Trump would actually benefit from Civil War! if it starts during his term. Afterwards is completely unpredictable.

Old Fucks are not going to be involved with, start, endorse or lead a Civil War, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of them have no stomach for conflict or upheaval, as long as the Boomers sit in office, things will be enforced to as stable as possible, crossing the Rubicon is for young men.

The fact she says that she doesn't want to appear ungrateful yet gave the place 1/5 stars before listing amount of food to feed a squad for a week is infuriating. Especially as she uses kids as a means to bitch at a place, as if they aren't capable of eating non slop food.

Those people just want to eat their slop. Wouldn't be surprised if they are also the ones that were pro eating ze bugs as long as it wasn't them.

What's she and Congress going to do? Reconvene Congress? That would be caving to Trump. The hill they chose to die on is giving illegals Healthcare and the shutdown is the means to get it. It's also a game of chicken and whoever has stronger nerves wins.

You should have a full stock of supplies to last a while optimally. Get a gun for hunting. A shotgun or AR can kill a deer as well as defend your home. Buy stuff that goes out of stock fast, like toilet paper. A camp stove isn't a bad buy either. Stock up on propane. Really just be prepared

This is a really good example for non-American Kiwis who are unsure what the food situation is actually like in America.

This is the American idea of "garbage food" that you wouldn't even feed your kids: more than fifty pounds of healthy, calorie dense food, handed out FOR FREE because otherwise it's just going to rot in a landfill somewhere.

Despite what lib asshats will tell you, nobody is going to "starve" in America, regardless of EBT. The United States is THE MOST food-rich place in history; even literal pedo dogfuckers like @Miss Tommie Jayne Wasserberg are fully capable of living to a hundred years old, despite having had a fixed food budget of zero dollars since the mid 1960s.

Freezing to death is an issue for some Americans. Getting shot by niggers and Mexicans is an issue. Drugs laced with rat poison, deranged trannies with a manifesto, AI-powered rape bots, and diabetes and heart attacks from one too many Big Macs, all issues. Starving to death is not.


(also, I should add that while most Americans will turn up their noses at lentils and beef tripe, because ffs what are we, third world savages?!, all you really have to do is slap an exotic globohomo label on it - "Made without profit by lesbian war widows in Ghana" - and raise the price to four or five times that of wheat and 80/20 beef, and affluent Yoga-and-AppleVision Americans will happily pay out the ass for this same shit.)

I mean easy way to fix that: have your own gun. I have a snubnose revolver for such self defense situations. Once they realize you're packing heat, the chance of them running away goes up exponentially, because they are cowardly ultimately
 
It does suck for people who need this, but churches and food banks exist. There are several where I live. It's good food too. I understand that it's more difficult in the city, but people (that I personally interviewed as a child) made it through WWII on rations, and they helped each other out as a community to make sure everyone got what they needed.

Anyone remember victory gardens? Getting people to be independent (and spend more time outside interacting nature) when it comes to their food can only be a net positive.

It's common to see people completely misuse and abuse the system, and if this leads to overhaul and reform, I can't see how that would be a bad thing in the long run.
