Also soybeans, if China isn't even going to buy them any more we should get rid of anything going towards that.

The government should not attempt to regulate the price of anything and farming subsidies (like all production subsidies) should only exist to guarantee the strategic availability of a resource which it would not otherwise be worthwhile to produce in the quantity we expect we might need. Meat has no problem competing on the market on its own merits.
