Exactly there is simply not enough money in the till at USDA. They have $5 billion dollars in emergency funding on hand, that only covers a little more than half of what they need.
That's even if they could give it out. That money is supposed to be a fail safe for natural disaster relief and things of that nature, not a rainy day fund for shaniqua's flamin' hot cheetos and pepsi.

Let 'em wait, there's still food pantries and other outreach programs that aren't off the backs of tax payers. Of course, such services can't get easy drugs, so...

They won't and have stated they won't. The government closing from Democrat retardation isn't a national emergency.

That likely won't happen for at least 2-3 weeks, and even then it'll take a week or more to distribute the funds. At best December would be a double payment, as it's not possible to have EBT deposited in everyone's account the same day that the government reopens.

I think when the money goes though it'll be an eye opener of fraud. Now that people are aware of the EBT program, they should notice when people are exchanging EBT for drugs or shipping it overseas, especially if it's a double payment. That should be bad enough to give support to a reform of the program.

So yeah maybe they will eventually get their November payments, but I think that will be one of the last payments the grifters get.

They really do basically nothing, too. By the time you get to a disability lawyer you have most of your own medical records, the most they do is file a couple of motions and maybe rip some copies of your medical files for you that you didn't have.
Then they get thousands of dollars for that per person they represent.
It's a complete racket and they actually do make sure you hit that 2 year mark. Why expedite your case when they can make more money off of it? I believe the fee is capped somewhere around $10,000 dollars, but that's still a hell of a lot of money for doing basically nothing other than having your secretary make some copies of medical records and going to 1 court date with you.

As I said, November is gone. They'll get December. Backpay isn't happening. The budget is 10 billion a month. There won't be reform because think of the children still works on normal people not plugged in and using Linux

Those pantries will be over run, and by some of the most ungrateful people as well. Have you seen some of the Google reviews by 'the poor' people?

Ironically poor people would be grateful and make due. Add some seasoning or combine the beans with some savory protein.But not (some of)the EBTfolk, they are way too good for that.

80% of Americans are overweight and could go several months without food before even being normal healthy weight. Its actually the opposite of your statement. Every month without food makes them healthier.
 
It would be hilarious to promote people fasting in solidarity. They would start their diets on the 1rst and be increasingly irritable during the chimpouts
