I do not understand how a judge can order a government to spend money. I can understand it from a budget point of view, if it has been allocated by congress then sure; but during a shutdown and a debt ceiling I do not see how a judge can order an exception. During normal government operation yep, I can see it, but not during a shutdown that is the result of “lack of funds”.
 
Oh boy I can't wait until there's an actual emergency and the coffers are empty just like when FEMA had no funds to dedicate to disaster relief because they spent it all building housing for illegal immigrants.
 
I knew it would a childless female judge in her 50s or 60s to do this because their wires are so fucking crossed from excessive SSRI use that they look at hulking nigger thugs with 10+ felony convictions and see scared crying children.

The relationship between the Judicial Branch and the other 2 Branches will never recover from this administration. Just imagine Judges like this being the majority in the SCOTUS, if a Dem wins the government again it might get even uglier if conservative Judges start doing the same tactics with SCOTUS support.

Imagine Telling the founders that federal judges will overrule the decisions and actions by elected representatives because "my authority". Federal judges are basically little monarchs running around acting like they can rule by decree.


All federal judges are traitors to America.

Congress doesn't have the votes to pass a clean spending bill in what world would they have the votes to hypothetically start mass firing judges.
 
Went shopping at Kroger yesterday. Wanna guess what was in stock? Plenty of rice, beans, lentils, oatmeal, beef stock, chicken stock, ground beef, ground turkey, dry ingredients, spices, and one of the biggest enemies that the American nigger has ever known: fresh produce. This particular Kroger sees a lot of traffic from fat white trash, blubbery spics, and lard ass blacks. As a result, the clearance produce bins are often filled with apples, tomatoes, bananas, oranges, potatoes, radishes, Brussels sprouts, and even avocadoes from time to time. The only people who happily grab bags of clearance produce are older blacks, Asians, and white people who have showered in the past 24 hours. Clearance junk food can be found on the opposite side of the store, and the usual suspects will load up on marked down candy bars while their cart is already piled sky high with multiple cases of soda, chips, fake fruit juice, and Kid Cuisine frozen slop.

It's worth mentioning that Kroger had the fake lashes and press-on nails locked in a glass case that wasn't there last month. And while browsing, I noticed security tags on the steak. The store had already increased it's security measures since The Summer of Love, and they still have to put security tags on certain cuts of meat. Tell me it's niggers without telling me it's niggers. Anyone who claims they will "resort to stealing" already steals.

The tiktok lunatics who believe that theft will only hurt meanie weenie CEOs are inexcusably stupid. Retail Shrink hurts people who actually work, and I'm tired of hedonistic NEET oxygen thieves bellowing about how they're the Real Victims™. Multiple decades food stamps, housing, welfare, DEI, affirmative action, scholarships, and other free rides have created nothing but entitlement. Complications from obesity and type 2 diabetes can't kill these people fast enough.

PL no1curr etc.. Every white person I've known who was legitimately going through difficult times and/or disabled never got enough food stamps to make a meaningful difference. It seems that the maximum amount of gibs allowed for illegals and blacks is set at several thousand dollars per month, while white people might get a whole twenty bucks per month if they're super lucky. When I was a kid living in bumfuck, everyone from homeless men looking for honest work to wheelchair-bound elderly women would get shamed for using food stamps. You would see them at the store buying a single cabbage, or one loaf of bread. They would get themselves to the store with no car, no umbrella in the rain, and no coat in the winter. They didn't harass anyone, they didn't beg nor make demands, they didn't ask for a ride anywhere, and they didn't steal. If you tried to offer them cash from your own pocket, saying, "Hey, excuse me, you dropped this" they'd know you were trying to be kind, and would politely decline the money. Eventually, residents began to take their heads out of their asses when a new pastor showed up and called them out on their behavior. Church members and neighbors began to look out for one another, and that was genuinely helpful. No one had to be alone on Thanksgiving or Christmas. No one was hungry or cold. I'd like to tell you that "community" is the answer...

...but now, that very same small town that learned to show unlimited kindness has been plagued by gubment gibs niggers who are all addicted to fentanyl. Kindness and help must have limits, otherwise you end up with nigger behavior.
 
Just because we don't like every decision a judge makes, doesn't justify elimination of their powers. There has, and never will be, a perfect branch of government or a sole person who makes only correct decisions. Anywhere. Judges, like politicians are humans and have their bias. That being said, the benefits are real and the government under normal circumstance is obligated to provide them until another law abolishes that obligation or congress removes the mandate.

If a government technically has the funds but is opting not to pay them, then that is a violation of their duty. Is an emergency fund the technical ability to pay them but a blatant refusal from the government? Well, that's a question for the courts and the government to answer for us.

I don't like sending 20 Billion to Argentina or throwing gobs of money at a filthy rich country like Israel either, but that's the prevue of the government we elected. I note that the government shut down hasn't stopped the renovation of the Federal Reserve or the stupid fucking Ballroom, but I digress.

there are no consequences for bad judges. Presidents can be impeached, congress can be primaried and voted out, just judges stay there for life.
