So you believe that the term "right" is a universal collective true concept and not just an abstract term - noted.

Now, someone correct me if I'm wrong (and I mean on a base level, not some theoretical internet edge lord arguing point) the US Constitution doesn't so much GRANT RIGHTS as it says "these are natural rights" and Government can't take them away. Now, yes, in practice that's not real. But that's SUPPOSED to be the idea. I'm being autistic (in autistic thunderdome, shocked!)

But, again, the idea being you're born with the right of God/nature etc to be able to say what you want, defend yourself, have a voice in governance etc.

Yeah, rights are really up to who has the bigger guns though if we're being real. At least in a practical nature.

Now I'm confused. Trying to peak into your solipsisitc mind; can it be agreed, that the the concepts of "Life", "Liberty" and "Happiness" which Americans codified as foundational principles to administer their domain, however an individual might conceptualize these, are pragmatically meant to motivate an individual to interact with Being in the world in a way that the individual should maximize self determination according to individual interests contrary to submit to whatever an ad hoc "collective" might deem "their" interests?

No, those are rights given by god that the american constitution recognizes. The constitution does not give rights, it specifically limits the governments infringements on your rights.

i made another comment that specified that the rights are granted by a creator, and are guaranteed by the constitution. shouldve said it earlier my bad.

nope, americans consider these "RIGHTS" not codified foundational principles to administer their domain (these are laws), big distinction.
