I'm looking for an ecommerce platform. I tried Wix and wasn't a fan, especially with weird random downtimes after updating the site. I liked Shopify, until it came to needing support (it sucks ass) because I kept getting unresolvable 500 errors

I need something simple and easy. I liked Shopify originally because of this. Wix is a bit too much for me on that level; I found it to be too complicated to do the little stupid shit I need done and I found myself wasting a lot of time just to make what amounted to small changes

I'm considering ecwid, but figured I'd ask here first for a better idea

Thanks in advance

Wix is retarded. Shopify is the easiest. You get what you pay for, and Shopify support is great when it comes to Plus customers. The Shopify support forum is also a good resource for troubleshooting common issues. If you're too retarded to develop it, you should hire someone. I can't imagine you have a sizable inventory without already considering hiring someone, so if you want this done for free, you need to teach yourself. If you have a basic understanding of web development - that is HTML, CSS, Javascript - then you have the tools you need to learn Liquid, which is the incredibly easy language that Shopify uses.
