Maybe this shit is too minor, but I'll give making a thread about it a shot.

Mike Pollock, the voice of Dr. Eggman, recorded a song parody making fun of the fanbase's complaints about Sonic Boom.

At 1:13 he sings "If Sonic's arms were tan instead." I'm kind of hesitant to call this a definite reference since Chris isn't the only autist who hates blue arms, but it's certainly a possibility.

(EDIT: Right when I made this thread, he confirmed on Twitter it's not an explicit Chris reference, but he does seem to know who Chris is.)

Bah humbug. It is a referene to Chris. He doesn't want to admit it. More people saw the spergasm Chris had at GameStop than what played the game.

It's true that other autists were complaining too. I had heard about it before Chris did.

I am impressed by OP's commitment for actually watching any of that gay autistic Sonic shit just to uncover information.

Sure he isn't the only one to hate blue arms but... has anyone else been arrested over blue arms?
I'm seriously asking, I don't wanna rule out the idea that some other obsessive tried the same crap.

Now I don't follow Sonic or anything, but I wouldn't be surprised if "muh blarms" was a common reaction to the change at first. Sonictards have the dishonorable achievement of being like the most autistic fandom ever. Just searching "Sonic blue arms" brings up quite a few
non-Chris results.

Honestly, I am not surprised that other sonic fans are angry over the blue arms thing. The sonic fan base is perhaps one of the most tard raging fanbase in existence. Some would go so far as to defend even the worse of the worse games with all their might as long the game involves sonic in it.

That many sonic fans hate Chris is most probably less about his insane fixation on the blue hog and more because they are afraid that they will be associated with him.

Most offices and studios I've worked in usually have a "that guy" character, which is usually some outspoken customer whose presence is known of throughout the entire staff, but the staff will only talk about them outside of work out of professionalism. I'd really like to think that Chris is Sega's (or at least those involved with the Sonic franchise in some capability) "that guy," where everyone knows about Chris. They pass screencaps of his antics to one another, nod at each other in the hallway with a smirk on their faces. One would mutter "blue arms," and then the other would say in response, "Don't call anybody." During the Halloween office party, someone walks in wearing a "classic" Chris polo shirt, and they all just chuckle and pass the punch.

Given that before the office closure, Sega of America was sharing his glitter-bombing letters on their bulletin board--I'd say that's pretty close to the truth.

Every company should have a laugh at the expense of anyone who makes their job difficult. This is why bad customers wait forever to get their food at restaurants.

Autists have been going nuts about minor Sonic design edits forever. For any OG's that were around when Sonic Adventure was popular, there was a small (yet vocal) group of people who were angry that Sonic had green eyes.
