It's interesting that Miquella seems to be riding Torrent in that image, I'm guessing he's Torrent former master that Ranni mentions.
The image also shows what look like the Erdtree bleeding gold with some sort of black malformed tree wrapped around it, that plus all the shadowy, dark imagery makes me think it has something to do with Godwyn.
What Ranni did to Godwyn was pretty horrible, I'm going to take a guess and say the DLC will be about Godwyn trying to fuck over Ranni and Miquella's gayops.

Given the clear implication the DLC will be Godwyn/Miquella focused, I wonder if Fromsoft won't try to make some of the Castle Sol lore make more sense and include more Eclipse imagery in the expansion (I think you can see an eclipse symbol in the DLC logo?). In fact, it'd be the perfect chance to re-use that dripping eclipse they made for DS3 (see: The Know leaks) but never got to use. Knowing that ER is already a receptacle for a bunch of stuff they never got to put in other games, I could see it happening
