That's a 1060 3GB! for what I guess is a sold 1080p@??. Drop the display scaling down a bit and it will absolutely be playable on lesser hardware. 1050Ti or a RX 470 should work fine with a bit of tuning.

16GB of DDR4 RAM is $80, almost the price of the game, so 12GB minimum isn't bad and 12GB includes Windows and all the stuff going on there. Do a fresh reboot and make sure nothing unnecessary is running and I bet 8GB will work.

Many developers are playing it safe with the sys req these days, which is nice as it means if you're not extremely far out of spec you can run it without too much work.

edit: at a lower spec including GPU and RAM, having tweaked some settings, play it from a fresh reboot of the computer so nothing is in RAM or VRAM. Turn down particles.

Any one know a good breakdown on the game play the starter classes lean towards? I was never that into Dark Souls but this looks interesting.

After the leaks I can definitely say I’m very disappointed.

what has disappointed you
If there's anything I'd say I'm concerned about, it would be the open world and crafting system shit. From Software had their own formula going, even if it got repetitive after five games. Inserting checklist features from every other cooking cutter AAA game won't alleviate that staleness or improve the experience in any way.

yeah I'm not a fan of that shit either, but from what I've seen, the crafting doesn't look that wildly different from the kind of crafting we've had in previous entries.

looks pretty fucking sweet tbh. The overview trailer sort of spoils a bunch but who cares...im sure the best content will be DLC anyways

This will probably have a lot of spoilers so be warned.
It's a Fromsoft game. 95% of the story/lore will be completely incomprehensible gibberish without playing the game at least three times and reading every item description.

I'm not talking about story spoilers.

Fromsoftware launch trailers often show a lot of bosses/areas, pretty sure dark souls 3 launch trailer showed every boss in the game
