Depends upon what one considers important.
Artorias was a rather significant character we never saw in the flesh in Dark Souls as he died in the past. You could argue the DLC has no effect on the plot, but it helps explain what led to the death of Artorias, and it gave a good example of what an overabundance of the dark will do to a human.
The Dark Souls 2 DLC is probably the most self contained. I don't think any of the sisters or their kings were mentioned in the base game.
Old Hunters for Bloodborne answers the question og what happened to the previous legendary hunters, who the doll is based on, and what terrible sin seemingly doomed the hunters.
Dark Souls 3 DLC help explain what happened to the third and oldest sister of the Londor trio, a conclusion for the painted world of Dark Souls 1, we see what awaits the world if the cycle is allowed to continue, the fate of the last dragon, the last child of Gwyn, and lore for the pygmy, which had been absent save the intro to dark souls 1 and some mention of Manus being a descendant

I hope that for Messer boss fight, he has a second stage where he uses dragon incantations much more powerful than we are able to do.
When we use dragon incantaions it only summons a head or an arm. my theory is that because Messer is a demi-god, he's got a much higher tolerance for dragon communion and thus is able to eat more dragon hearts without turning into a dragon. he's probably able to summon an entire dragon and control while we can only summon/control one part at a time.
to summarize radagon starts as a misbetgotten (like the one at castle mourn) and gets into a fight with godfrey and looses. godfrey sees the potential in radagon so brings him to marika for whatever reason and he's a slave for a while until he's transformed into a "hero" (human) after serving as a champion. then continues serving markia in the war against the wizards until he is forced by markia to marry the witch queen. leaves witch queen and transforms his blue sword into a gold sword which he leaves with his real biological children (before he was turned human(misgotten))

Radagon wasn't just good at sorsery / incarnations, he's good at EVERYTHING. he's a smith, a sower, a warrior, a father, a mathematician, inventor, actor, war general. he's like a jack of all trades but actually good in every trade. marika chose him to merge with over godfrey and you find out why at the end of the video I linked. the guys a bit hard to understand but I really like his theory.

Hades was pretty much just doing his 9-5 with a minimal amount of kidnapping and rape.
I didn't even notice his horse for the longest time. It's kind of a cute gag in what is otherwise an incredibly serious game.
Man I just can't deal with phase 2, there's so much shit going on I just get paralyzed without sacrificing an ash or just magicking him down really hard.
Fuck I really wish this game had a remembrance system like Sekiro, I want to be able to practice bosses without starting a whole ass new game.
I don't think it will be wholly unrelated, I mean just getting to SEE Miquella already ties it in as a critical missing piece of the original game. There will be new shit, yes, and mysteries left mysterious, but Elden Ring really only has a few giant holes that need filling for the game to essentially make sense and that's something From has always done in their DLC.
Gotta give some reason to pick Faith or Int other than the aesthetic.

Faith and Intelligence cover different elements and damage types.
I could think of two ways that could work:
1) Some sort of healing that acts like Beastial Vitality but consumes FP while active
2) A self heal that accumulates frostbite. They could connect it to the Ranni and have some flavor text about the Dark Moon could offer aid, but there's a price. I think thematically that could of worked in-game.

On the off chance they actually stole your recent theories, it would be part and parcel of the kiwi lifestyle, where jewtube niggers steal the content and rarely give credit.
The act of healing has always been an act of faith. You can argue about it, but most fantasy settings go with this.
That's why you have the mage and priest classes as separate entities, otherwise a mage would be able to do anything and everything.

I think Radagon either never loved Renalla, or at least he didn't value her over his loyalty to the Golden Order / his own goals.
I think his misbegotten son probably helped him in the wars against the academy, which is part of the reason why he gifted his son with the golden order sword. I think his misbegotten son probably resented his father, radagon for seemingly betraying his real race by marrying a human and seemingly forgetting about his real family pumping out kids left right and center (not just ranni, rykard and rharand, but also all those weaklings we have to kill in the rennala boss fight).
it was probably Radagon who convinced the academy to try and teach demi-humans magic and raise them to a higher level, feeling sorry for his own race / similarly unempowered races (demi-humans and misbegotten are different) (I'm referring to the demi-humans being taught outside/below volcano manner)
after he left Rennala and remade his marriage sword into the golden order greatsword (which seems like a disrespectful thing to do), sometime later, he gave it to his misbegotten son as proof that he never forgot about him / stopped caring about him. I think that's a really cool story for why that misbegotten has that sword. It reminds that misbegotten in the icy cave that his farther never stopped caring about him despite how he acted in life and how little time they inevitably got to spend together. It's probably quite a sentimental item we killed that poor misbegotten for; it makes me regret killing him, to be honest. It's also strange that he's even able to use it, considering it's got a high faith requirement, which doesn't seem common among his race.
It's even sadder when you consider his location. He's trying to get to his half-brother's haligtree, but we kill him for no reason before he can get there. he wasn't blocking our path or anything its us who go out of our way to find him in an obscure cave.
the misbeogtten's names is also interesting, what is he a crusader of exactly? i think it was helping his dad in the wars against the wizzards.

Because the greater will is the only thing that has the ability to heal/give/create life.
The greater will is the closest thing to a good guy in the story, but it's basically completely neutral.
the greater will wants life to endure but hasn't got much preference.
the greater will isn't an outer god its either greater than that or not a real thing at all it's just the way the universe functions.
That's so boring... also doesn't explain why he has that sword (a LEGENDARY GOLDEN ORDER greatsword) the golden order are the ones who persecute non human races. why would he want to have that sword that he's not well suited for (being a low faith race).
how would he even of gotten it??? did he kill a demi god for that sword??? are u crazy? he's a supper weak boss. he has it because his dad gave it too him.
maybe the reason why he wouldn't surrender/throw that sword is why is alone, the other misbegotten he was with must've kicked him out. It's sort of like a black guy who refuses to throw away his dad's KKK uniform because it has sentimental value. maybe he could even be brining it to miquella as proof of being his half brother, thinking his demi god brother will take pity on him and give him special treatment at the haligtree XD.
maybe its a good thing he doesn't make it because he'd be supper disappointed. we even get to see a misbegotten at the tree disappointed and praying at a statue. this one is not even a boss unlike the one in the cave dispite being so close and having other enemies to help him in combat, probably indicating he's not related to radagon because he's a beta.

a crusade is when a large army goes to war for a religious reason. WHAT RELIGION DO MISBEGOTTEN HAVE??? none. he was just following his dads orders. the misbegotten are not a common / well unified race. how would they ever organize a cruisade???
I fucking love my theory. its WAYYY cooler than just radagon is a giant. like how fucking boring is that. he starts off as a powerful race and ends up as a powerful race. boring. radagon starting off as a misbegotten and rising up becoming more and more powerful is a more interesting story, its also similar to our tarnished's. I'm actually 100% convinced he's a misbegotten now. its a way fucking cooler theory. we'll probably even get some proof in the DLC.
people on this thread I belive have unfairly complained about the game reusing bosses as enemies too much but I actually belive there is a reason why they did. partly so they can re use a boss and give them different colour effects surewhatever but I genuinely also belive their is a story they're telling with the boss placements. You just gotta PAY ATTENTION to your surroundings and figure out the story for your self.

we know rennala can transform demi humans into humans without even needing the rune of the unborn because of Bok.
the rune of the unborn is only needed to perfect the process.
it could've been the greater will / golden order / markia / silver tear magic that made radagon human though so its not too far fetched that it happened before he ever met rennala.
marika probably had that amber egg way before radagon left it with rennala and used that. she probably has loads of them from the red tree and stores them like its easter XD. seems like litetarly all you need is the egg and a silver mimic tear to be reborn as whatever you want, the rune of the unborn is just needed to prevent you from being born a cripple, which is why we don't become one when we respect our character while bok does.

I never said he couldn't be the son of Radagon or that your theory that he fought in the Hogwarts war, just that perhaps he's like the Moses of the Misbegotten. There are a lot of misbegotten trying to get into Elphael, and a few already in Elphael, so clearly they're doing some sort of exodus shit, searching for the promised land. Maybe our Crusader is some kind of leader who took up his father's sword and he's using it to fight for his people.

ok but who was the farther? a random misbettoen that's treated poorly by the golden order but decides to use a golden order sword for what ever reason? not just a regular sword even a fucking LEGENDARY sword. again, a crusade is when you got to WAR. when you KILL people for religious beliefs. if his goal is only to guide his people to a better land he's not a crusader, he's just a tour guide...

so like, in addition to everything I just theorised about. i mean maybe. i don't know why he's in that cave though and not with a group of others guiding them. maybe those automatically hostile jellyfish were his comrades who died or something.
i also have a theory that radagon was one of those red wolves. marika refers to him as the "leal hound of the golden order." they also have the same hair colour. its strange that radagon has such an interest in those wolves. he even has a pet one in hogwarts. Either way, I think we're being led to believe that he didn't start off as the race he is now, but we're not supposed to know for certain which race he started as.

I guess I'm the only one who thought that the DLC trailer wasn't as exciting as the one for the base game.
it's cool that they used in-game footage, but I think it would've been better if they still had a separate CGI trailer and gameplay trailer.

I’m pretty sure the entire Two Fingers-Three Fingers- Greater Will is in setting supposed to be a conflicting cluster fuck because history got rewritten in the game.
The red is always connected to the Crucible in the game and it might be that Giants and Misbegotten are basically the same niggas. The Misbegotten are literally mutated freaks and the Giants seem to want to burn the Erdtree for growing on the Crucible. The Fell God is barely mentioned. My guess is that Radogan literally is just giant spawn.
