Kinda wanna start an NG+ but I'm not sure I can sperg hard enough to get Radahn and Mogh done before I can get back again. Does going to Radahn early break Ranni's questline?

No you can skip the early steps of Ranni’s questline. I know because I’ve done it and went straight to radahn.

I dunno if we're gonna also get an underground map.

The reviews I've seen all talk about how much veticality there is to the world so I'd anticipate subterranean areas. But I've also heard it's got a bit more of a sequential structure compared to the base game so it might be more like subterranean legacy dungeon(s).

PC is in moving storage and I'm not a fan of how ER performs on the Deck so I guess I'm getting a spoiler train run on me for the next several months

Same reason Lucatiel doesn't come back after you kill her despite being undead too. Vidya game bullshit.

My guess is other Tarnished do not come back because of their waning connection to the grace of gold. Rogier says he can't see it anymore.

I don't think it's just the player has an ability to perma-kill other Tarnished, because we see that death is also permanent for Tarnished the player does not kill, like Lanya and Irina.

So the player is special by being the only thing left that always returns from death, no questions asked.

I think there was something like only 38% of people actually had beaten Mogh (and at least one game review site couldn't review the DLC cause they never did).

I gotta hand it to FromSoft to create a DLC that less then half of the player base can actually get to.

It's going to be Radahn. He has to 'die' (be sent to the shadow realm) for the expansion to be unlocked and his festival is brought up at the start of the trailer. The 'you' is a red herring.
