I don't hate it, but I do have problems with it, but those problems amount to how prominent it is in the game and how bare bones the other questlines are.I might be completely unpopular here, but was I the only one who vehemently did not like the Ranni ending? It feels like an ass pull to give people a power fantasy and a hot chick to bone.
Rogier and Fia's quest has Rogier's part be completely skippable despite being integral, and Rogier is way too easy to overlook and there's only three characters, Fia, D, and Rogier and only Rogier is that charismatic.
Dung Eaters and Gold Mask's aren't involved enough and have two characters each and come into the game too late.
While everybody, except for Selivus, is prety charismatic in Ranni's questline and you have multiple points of entry in Blaidd and the Manor people end up exploring anyways. Her's is entirely fleshed out in every aspect except lacking some late game content, but by late game people will have already married Ranni and treat that ending as locked in, even in the marketing she's basically presented as the main quest giver and tells the player to find her.
Frenzied Flame is also fine, but all the other quests needed expanding and even the Frenzied Flame probably needed Kale's questline to be fully finished, shame it was cut.
But personally, I don't have a problem with their being a good ending, I just want the other endings to be on the same level of care and time put into them as Ranni's.
