1. welfare disqualifies suffrage while on welfare
2. female suffrage is directly proportional to children raised in hetero wedlock barring widowhood/spousal abandonment/husband at fault
- Divorce before legal adulthood of child is disqualifying of that child’s vote
- reinstate order of maternal glory as a medal
3. male suffrage is based on military service
- military has to take you (this is Heinleinian citizenship)
- 1 vote for service, 2 for wartime, 3 for combat, 4 for confirmed kill, 5 for high decorations
- reinstate counting coup. Let men take scalps and let them have feather dresses.

Also votes transfer to spouse upon widowhood/widowerhood too

All you have to do is keep women niggers and other shit skins from voting. I know some people say that only people that own land should be allowed to vote. But our society just isn't that way anymore. Considering the information that has come out about the welfare rates among the red states I don't think it would be a good idea to limit people's ability to vote based on that. There are a lot of poor white people on welfare to some degree that voted for Trump.
 
Introduce a system where once a metropolitan area exceeds a certain % of a state's population, said metropolitan area is removed from the existing state and becomes a new state by itself. This prevents cities like NY or Chicago ruining otherwise decent states with retarded policies/tax burdens, and forces them to be self sufficient financially.

Bonus: Give the decision-making-authority of whether a metropolitan area should be separated, exclusively to the areas outside the jurisdiction of said Metropolitan area. Cities would then have no ability to force entire states to remain tax/vote slaves to them.

There is a problem with that. The populations of the cities are declining. The majority of the whites moved out. They are mostly niggers now. Look at Baltimore. It's 65-70% nigger.

The system I suggested is intended to prevent cities from dominating state governments. How is said cities being majority nigger a downside?

The population of the city would have to go up. But the populations are declining. You will always have nigger filled cities being a problem.
 
You can only vote if you pay in taxes more than you get (with the exclusion of medical care, though it should on cases of self harm, but it's too much of a red tape to manage). That's it.

This way you can't have people voting more money to themselves since it would remove their votes for the future.

The usual alternative is 2-3 years of army/civil service.

Keeping medical would be better as it would put pressure on politicians not to sign retarded contracts. Also government faggots should’t vote as well due to them being no different than welfare fags.

To clarify, the disqualification isn't for the child, it's for the mother. You don't get to count your child for a vote if you divorce while they're still a child.
