He thinks a system where permanent and increasing poverty for all (including the enshrined self-declared elite, it's just slower as they intentionally steal from and exploit everyone else) is mandatory would do more to make poverty not a death sentence? (We'll ignore who it is who are those typically killed by these systems. And how the enforcers of these systems typically treat violators of even minor offenses including unintentional displays of disloyalty to the system.)
