The fact that the Spew York Times of all media corps even mentioned that many countries and states are backing away from mutilating children is interesting. 5 years ago, they wouldn't have dared.

It seems to be accelerating faster and faster. This era where pop culture is slowly turning on the tranny. Everywhere online I see, there are significantly more people who will alog troons online with a vicious force. Granted, there are still orbiters and white knights but I see them being phased out like the popularity of twitch streamers and their whales funding them.

Just like how Dr Disrespect faded from the public eye, so too will these crazy fucking whacko's who demand that we recognize "trans kids"

In terms of globalization and international trade, we see the “economic fallacy of the fixed pie” in operation all the time, just listen to Lou Dobbs on CNN every night. Many people think that China or Japan are somehow benefiting at our expense because of trade, or because of a current account deficit with those countries. Many people think that the gains from globalization somehow lift up the standard of living in China or India, by bringing down the standard of living in the USA; or that the gain in wages in other countries comes at the expense of a decline in American workers’ wages, etc.

But all of those beliefs are all based on the fixed pie fallacy. There is NOT a fixed, static amount of wealth or wages in the world, which is what the fixed pie fallacy assumes.

And that same dumbass argument could be reversed towards them. Natural women are better than troons because natural women can give life through birth, their vagina doesn't need to be dilated, and they can have periods. Therefore, natural women are real women and by consequence, are better than troons.

Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote separately, also for four justices, but on this point the opinions agreed:

A law found to discriminate based on viewpoint is an “egregious form of content discrimination,” which is “presumptively unconstitutional.” … A law that can be directed against speech found offensive to some portion of the public can be turned against minority and dissenting views to the detriment of all. The First Amendment does not entrust that power to the government’s benevolence. Instead, our reliance must be on the substantial safeguards of free and open discussion in a democratic society.

'Gender' has been 'defined' for millenia, Eli - originally the word referred to the grouping of nouns into 'types,' and then to 'types' of people. Just because a term happens to be redefined by pseudo-philosophical/sophist wankery, doesn't mean that it was without a definition previously - and when it is 'redefined' again, you're going to look mighty silly for having chopped your dick off because of a previous one.
