Eli could not come up with a coherent theory to defend against dismissal of his frivolous lolsuit. In order to avoid dismissal, he changed his legal theory of liability and filed an amended complaint forcing a do-over.
I knew it. We all knew it. This whole charade of a lawsuit would fall through because quite literally it had no grounds AT ALL to stand. How do you prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that Blaire knew Danie was alive? Unless Blaire admitted it outright, you fucking can't. I am chuckling because Remy, the troon lawyer, was so smug about this all, citing the previous "win" against Blaire as proof that this lawsuit was not only feasible but winnable! Even with your hormone addled coom brain, you should have taken your job as a lawyer seriously and look at the odds of this even being worthwhile.
But then again, there are some lawyers who aren't troons who take bullshit stances and lose their case because they're idiots. I.E That one female lawyer Amber Heard had who kept making both herself and Amber look insanely bad.

It is always interesting to me how far troons will take their delusions. And that's what this is. Delusion. First I see troon men claim their rot pocket "feels better than the real thing" and that it's better because it's "designer". How any women let that comment pass is beyond me.
Then it was "Trans women can have periods too"! If you're bleeding from your wound, it's because it's a wound and you got your chop job done in a shithole. How women let men say they have periods is again BEYOND ME.
And now I see them claiming that suddenly, you can just fucking grow prostate tissue.
These people have gone above and beyond from the notion of "I am this gender because I say so" and have gone to "I am this gender because hormones are funny little magic thangs that make me into a real boy!"
They are so desperate to be the real thing that now they're citing pseudo science to prove a fantasy. You will never be a woman. You will never be a man. Not in the ways that count. You don't produce eggs, semen, or can birth babies.
And if any fucking whacko quotes me on twatter or whatever to try and get a verbal dunk on me. Yes I've seen "pregnant men" and all that is are lazy women who couldn't be fucked to go through with their transition and decided to just grow a fucking beard.
