It is a strange and twisted grasp that the hate of my existence holds over some people with nothing better to do. They congregate in dark corners of the Internet whose entire purpose is to hate me - places which may not be named here, in this well-kept garden, but whose very name was taken of the condemning label that I put on them; as if the fantasy stories were true and Evil could not create anything of itself, not even its own name. And in time - but no, I know it must have happened already; already there must be twisted loves born of this hate, couples that met each other in this dark place of the Internet and were brought together by their shared obsession and emptiness. In time, if the world should last so long, they shall have children and their children shall grow; children who, through this dark miracle of assortative mating, inherit Yudkowsky-hating genes from both sides of their family, perhaps more Yudkowsky-hating genes than have ever been concentrated in a single genome before. So I will have been responsible for the creation of a new subrace of humanity. And in time, if I live so long, I will meet some of these tortured existences, and they will stagger towards me with tears of bad epistemology bleeding from their twisted limbs, shrieking at me, "You made us! You made us! Will you say that it was necessary to save the world? That goodness brings its own opposition into existence, and yet good must still be done? Here we are then, the balance of your accomplishments, in all our pain! Will you look us in the eyes now and tell us to our faces that it was worth the price? YOU MADE US, FATHER!" And I will look up to the heavens and say, "I don't know what kind of xth-world problem this is, but I bet x isn't a rational number let alone an integer."

Can't wait until he discovers this Kiwi Farms thread. He could just paste the same rant but then reword it about how we got our name from Chris Chan Jace pronouncing "CWCki".

He included this screenshot of Eliezer doing the classic pedo argument of distraction by distinction between pedophilia and "ephebophilia" as well as the horrifyingness of the preceding paragraph, which I thought would be good to post here:

Here's an archive. Now, let's take a closer look.

First of all, Time neglects to tell that neither he, nor his institute has produced any peer-reviewed publications or even solutions to the "alignment problem" for almost 20 years. The only sources for his "many researchers" come from LessWrong, one is even written by himself. The only argument that he provides as a counter to the claim that, even if you have a superintelligent evil AGI, it will not be able to escape from a computer, is as follows:


This is just goofy - saying that producing proteins on demand = producing custom life on demand is like saying that I can easily build a house if I can make a brick. Now you may say that an advanced intelligence will jump over the relevant hurdles and to that I say - superintelligence is not magic. If you put the greatest chess AI in the world into a completely unwinnable position, it will simply conclude that it's unwinnable faster than anyone else. No bio lab even has the relevant infrastructure to produce complex living things from scrach. You can stop reading his rant here - the guy has his head so far up his ass he resembles an Ouroboros.

I don't know enough about the internal workings of the current state of the art AI algorithms to comment on his claims of us not being able to know if an algorithm is self aware, but I do know that even the most advanced current algorithm can only come up with things that were already present in its training data - they're not even equipped with the tools to learn by themselves and are fit for very narrow purposes. The worst a GPT-5 chatbot will be able to do is write a convincing argument on why you should kill yourself.

We end on him advocating for a global surveilence state that tracks all GPUs sold and sends out airstrikes on "rogue datacenters", capping off this splurge of autism with "Shut it down". Guess he wasn't lying about his abilities coming from Ashkenazi jewish heritage after all.
