After all the email hacks, I'm sad we never saw a leak of Elliot's OTHER BOOK.

He said in the manifesto that he started writing a fantasy novel in hopes of getting pussy as a famous author like J.R.R. Tolkien and George R.R. Martin but gave up when he found out neither of them became millionaires until they were in their 40s, and he didn't want to wait until he was 40 to lose his virginity!

I'd actually like to see what he had written. The one nice thing people say about him is that he was good at compelling descriptive writing, and many people say he should've become an author, which we know he tried but gave up on. In a way he did continue with the writing since he felt compelled to pen the manifesto. Part of me likes to think there might have been some solid bones in his book, and if he kept with it he never would have been anywhere close to a J.R.R. Tolkien or George R.R. Martin, but maybe he could have at least made an Eragon.

But I know his book would have really been a LOTR knockoff mixed with incel rants. Elieuth the tall, BLONDE, handsome elf would be our hero, and the plot would alternate between him killing blonde vixens for rejecting him and yanking his many starving sex slaves by their nipplepiercingchains.

I think that would be worth reading just for the comedic value

It's been a long time since I read his manifesto and don't remember this. Do you remember which part he said this or have a quote handy?

I seriously started to consider working towards writing an epic story. I was always creating stories in my mind to fuel my fantasies. Usually those stories depicted someone like myself rising to power after a life of being treated unfairly by the world. I mentally examined all of the stories I had developed, and focused on the few that I thought would become bestsellers. If I could get one of them made into a movie, I would definitely be a millionaire. It was the only solution to my problems. I saw myself as a highly intelligent and magnificent person who is meant for great things. This could be one of them. I spent the next couple of weeks focusing on writing for myself instead of working on my schoolwork. The class didn’t give much homework to do anyway. I wrote summaries for three different stories, and I think I showed two of them to my mother. She seemed to think that they would make good movies, and that increased my confidence. I either wanted to write a novel first, or go straight to making it a screenplay. I spent every afternoon for two weeks working on this goal. My time at college was miserable. I often cried on the way home because I was envious of so many couples walking around. I poured all of my energy into coming up with a way to make this goal work. My faith that I could write an epic story that would make me rich soon collapsed. I read so many articles online of the chances that a screenplay would be made into a movie. I also saw that most writers of even the highest budget films didn’t make as much as I thought they did… Definitely not enough to live on for the rest of their life. I also thought, with a lot of despair, of the time that it would take to achieve such a goal. Most bestselling authors or screenwriters didn’t become millionaires until they were well into their forties or fifties. I didn’t want to wait until I was forty years old to lose my virginity!

His writing style like that of Eragon (and I mean the 2006 movie, not a good sign).

One of the most hilarious parts of the manifesto is when he says he wants to turn his apartment into a torture/murder chamber,
Sounds kinky. But too bad nobody would willingly come over to enjoy this hypothetical home renovation

also side note: i read the entire manifesto sometime almost a decade ago but I remember almost nothing of it

I went to the university near where the supreme gentleman had his last stand. I was in town when he started shooting. It was Friday night so I thought it was just random shenanigans, but after his shot like 5 times in a row, I saw a bunch of people running. I with my friend getting food so we got in her car and drove off.

The rampage took place in Isla Vista, the town by UCSB where a majority of the students lived. Elliot Roger did not go to UCSB. UCSB was a well known "party school" for chads. Many children wanted the college party experience without the hassle of getting into a highish ranked university. There is a community college called Santa Barbara city college about half an hour away in downtown Santa Barbara. Many children signed up for classes there and lived in Isla Vista for the college experience (tm). Elliot Roger was one such child. unfortunately he was an autistic incel so he did not get the college experience.

This happened the same year the deltopia riots happened. There are a few times a year tens of thousands of out of Towners drive to Isla vista to party for the weekend. One of these events with the floatopia beach party. The school was trying to change it's image, so they closed the beach in the weekend. Everyone just parted in the town instead. At night people didn't want to leave so they started chipping out, jumping on cars and pulling up street signs. Riot control came and using flash bangs to disperse the crowds.

After that year the school started buying up more for Isla Vista and trying to control student housing more.

some examples?

" I hadn’t seen Addison since Topanga Elementary. At first glance, I didn’t know what to make of him. It was like meeting a whole new person.
He had changed tremendously. With his mustache and hairstyle, he looked older than he was, cultivating a refined and sophisticated personality and wearing an elegant blazer coat. As I spent time with Addison that day, I started to enjoy talking to him about politics and the world. He was very intelligent and more informed than other people our age"
