Inactive Elliot Rodger - The Supreme Gentleman

I read a bit of his manifesto and I have to say if he didn't make such a huge fixation on how "nobody liked or understood him" and actually learned how to pick up women without coming off as an arrogant creep, he might've not turned out the way he did.

But to give a serious reply: Eliot was really that elusive Entitled CisHet Male SJWs always drone on about but you rarely find a real example of.

This was a guy who was ticked off he didn't win the lottery. This was a guy who was ticked off people didn't speak to him when he was sitting on bench waiting for them to approach him.

If he'd been a chick he'd simply would've taken an overdose and his death would've been tragic.

Now he was a dude born in a rich family, he really believed he was Special and life owed him Things and then got mad when people didn't bend over backwards to please him and had to punish Society because he was Wronged.

To have to fix these core issues and not only the symptoms you'd have to change his whole upbringing.

To fix these core issues, dude shouldn't have been born. I read his whole manifesto, and the guy was broken in the moment of conception. He had some serious mental issues, that even the most caring and best upbringing couldn't fix.
I read an interview with some dude who was friends with Elliot's father. Basically, he said that Elliot was creepy even as a kid, I don't really remember his exact words, but it was in the lines of "He never smiled and never showed any sign of affection towards his family and friends. He was always alone and was very shy. I don't remeber him raising his voice or making a fist. He was very submissive and quiet".

I will try to find the interview.

There was an interview with people who worked at the library with George Sodini and they said he was always really angry, entitled and self centred and had meltdowns if things were not his way, and did things like delete people's screensavers he didn't like and yell at where they sat.

That autistic friend of mine I was complaining about before - he is like that (although I do not believe he would be violent) - he expects people to jump into his arms and love him without any effort on his part and gets nasty when they don't. For example, he thinks the young employees of the local comic store should flirt with him more and scowled and growled when he saw them all in a bar because ,..well because they don't run up to him kissing his cheeks when he walks in the store I guess.

I just watched his final video for the first time and I feel genuinley unnerved and chilled- more by the quality of his delivery if anything - I was expecting him to be mumbly and incoherant - there's something horrible about seeing a well-acted Joker/Hannibal/Lex Luthor style hammy bad guy speech from a REAL bad guy. brr

Maybe he could have tried getting a pet dog or cat or something? The dog would have definitely love Elliot unconditionally and Elliot would have to learn how to least care for his dog, etc taking him out for a walk, feeding, vet visits, grooming, playing. He had the money to afford a pet - I wonder why not?

Not a good plan. He'd have killed that dog the second some sorority girl petted it behind the ears.

In the case of someone like Julie Terryberry, there's a whole manner of reasons why her thread was locked after her suicide. In Elliot Rodger's case, he's inspired so many autists with his dumbass manifesto that it seemd to me that he's still worth discussion.

Did we had a thread on him before he decided to go crazy and kill people? NO.

Did we contribute in anyway, to his low self-esteem? NO.

Were we part of his manifesto? NO.

Lolcows are always lolcows, no matter how old or dead their insanity may be. This guy is not only a lolcow, he is dangerous and someone we should look out for in our daily lives.

because he put up youtube videos talking about how he wears Gucci sunglasses and drives a BMW his dad bought him and despite that he still has never kissed a girl at 22 years old. And he wrote and uploaded online about how he cried when he heard some guy "thrusting" into his sister in the other room because he is still a virgin.

Elliot may be gone but his legacy lives on through digital video and his insane manifesto/autobiography. I'd say it's way more autobiographical than manifesto-esque.

Or how he had a tantrum when some black guy said he lost his virginity at 13 (there was a brilliant cartoon here about that event that I can't find)

He tried to push off some girls off of the 2nd story balcony because they didn't care about his advances, failed, was thrown over the balcony himself and broke his ankle.

Then he limped home, cried, and called the cops on them the next day or so. They didn't make any arrests.
