It's a years old scam and they're just replaying Elon content with some text over it. You can tell it's a scam by checking the ledger for the bitcoin wallet it tells you to donate to. Hint: there will be no outgoing transactions to the wallets that deposited into it.
Youtube lets you give your channel any screen name that you like (this is separate from your login) so that wasn't the real Tesla.

You would think that the real life Tony Stark would have enough brain cells to realize that if you wanna operate in a country you need to obey their laws, or at least try to compromise with them instead of acting like a retard.

Even in US all online platforms receive multiple legal issues per year, what they do is try to legally fight it or negotiate on a compromise.
