BTW this is true for most chain restaurants too and has been for decades. I remember once asking for a slice of lemon and a side of olive oil to dress a salad at Panera (not wanting the corn syrup and salt combo that passes for salad dressing at most restaurants) and was told they don’t have “actual ingredients” on the premises because everything is shipped in already made. That’s typical.
