Elphaba's previously been subject to noise complaints in the sheltered accomodation he lives in (and tried to expose the woman who'd complained who had fled domestic abuse). A new neighbour has now complained, who apparently works nightshifts.
After apologising to the neighbour for keeping him awake and promising to keep it down in future, Elphaba decided to order an amplified microphone
Elphie's subsequently been subject to a door knock from someone he claims was a "housing officer". This doorknock was at 7:30 pm, so it probably wasn't a housing officer, but it could have been a night concierge or similar for sheltered accomodation (although Elphaba's previously claimed there's nobody on site who can help him with various mental breakdowns). He muted his microphone during this exchange and claims the "housing officer" was checking up on him because everyone's so worried about his mental state. He's currently trying to get PIP (disability payments) and is insisting anyone stressing him out by complaining about him being noisy is resulting in him singing more, as that's how he deals with stress.
This is off the back of a recent ambulance visit, wherein he claims the paramedics assessed him as having symptoms of ADHD and autism and referred him for assessments
Worth noting that current waitlists for adult ADHD assessments on the NHS are 4-6 years. There's likely some additional issues going on (Elphie apparently got incredibly drunk in public this week and was "abandoned" by fans), but unfortunately because of the lawsuit Tattle's gone into lockdown and I can't remember my throwaway account details for it, and the "UKtiktokbehavingbadly" subreddit is not very useful.
