I thought PayPal deletes accounts for such people?

That she displays it prominently on one of her only remaining social media platforms seems to indicate that it's how she extracts money from her simps, given that you can just message her on Gab (granted it's probably not an easy feat given Gab's level of technical sophistication) or post on Bitchute.

You can't, really. She was asking for donations at that address up until December 2016, but sometime in 2017 she got shoahed off of Patreon and most other online services like YouTube. Then she stopped asking for donations.

Asking for donations would make it obvious, maybe she waits for simps to email her first and then tells them to PayPal her money? It's possible she slipped through the cracks, and given that she's using a Gmail account of all things that doesn't bode well for the opsec of anyone communicating with her.

Maybe one of the more left-leaning Kiwi Farmers can pass it along to a journalist and have them send her a dollar.

I mean, it's a white woman rapping. She's actually a good lycracist, and her video direction was about as good as it could have been given the total lack of budget. She's a good artist. If you evalutate her output vs. her cohort, it's in the very top percentile, even though the genre (rap sorta-parody) is exceedingly obscure.
