I was able to look at the court records. It doesn't appear that his wife filed for divorce. Radich himself filed in early December of 2020. She is currently living in Biloxi, MS.
He hasn't legally changed his name either, because he is listed as James in the filing and Emmy is listed as an AKA
I also could not find legal evidence of him filing for bankruptcy

If this is real, it's the saddest thing in the world. This woman(?)'s legacy will be at minimum four broken people leading miserable lives on government assistance.
