Points included: we need more teachers of color to suit the needs of students of color (I guess we're supposed to draft teachers of color then since they aren't applying). Students of color are disciplined more often than white students (definitely due to racism and not due at all to some of these shits having no home training). White people are inherently racist (no other racial group shows any racial bias towards others, especially not Indians, who are a massive cultural presence there).

Unfortunately, the "we need more teachers of color" catchphrase is more popular than it should be . I've seen this said mostly in and about urban/inner-city public schools, but it's also spreading to suburban districts. There's nothing inherently wrong in wanting more minorities to consider teaching as a career, but to suggest that people can only learn from someone who looks like them seems to be some combination of classism, racism, and an insult to student intelligence. More importantly, most teachers with the seniority to teach wherever they want -- regardless of race -- tend to avoid public schools and districts where the learning environment is poor at best and a war zone at worst.

Just before I registered here, there was a personal army request on social media targeting a local suburban district over allegations that students of color were being disciplined more and receiving harsher punishments compared to white students. The person behind this activism even wanted to try to use FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) to determine how many students were disciplined, how they were disciplined, and a breakdown based on color/no color in an attempt to pressure the school board to adopt an SJW-friendly disciplinary code or face a lawsuit. All I know is a lawsuit never happened. Still, it's odd to see these SJW activist types demanding what seems to be a quota system for student discipline in that a district that hypothetically had 25% of its enrollment be students of color should have no more than 25% of its total disciplinary actions be taken against those same students .

The comment that only white people can be racist always seems to come across as an equally racist statement worthy of a reaction, even if the people saying it have an attitude that's some variation on "it's not racist when we do it."

NGL @PolexiaAphrodisia, this sounds similar to that so-called sensitivity training Starbucks employees had to attend which was later revealed to be nothing more than BS similar to the talking points your mother had to suffer sit through.

Will they expect the white teachers to resign immediately and cede their jobs to their blackers and betters? The education bureaucracy recognize a "need", that's great, but do they have a plan to have their "need" met? Hell no. They could have conducted research to find out why niggers are not becoming teachers, but that takes work and who has the spoons for that? Better just make a bunch of childish cartoon slides, show them to groups after groups of bored teachers -- even though they are likely not in the administrative position and have no say in hiring -- and pretend you are doing "activism" and pat yourself on the back for the job well done.

These "sensitivity training" sessions are the kind of abortion begat through the unholy union of activism and bureaucracy.

One of the questions asked about my genitals, including if I had a "penis or girl penis." The non-binary and Latinx options during the demographic section should've flagged me more than they did, but it's becoming increasingly rare to find gender options on surveys that just offer male and female. "Latinx" is not as common but it pops up from time to time. "Girl penis" as a serious option was a first for me, though.

As a brown Kiwi, I can definitely say I'm fucking sick of SJWtards go on AND ON about Islamophobia or even about how immigration is a human right. To be sure, it ain't cool to be a dick to a Muslim who's quite literally minding his own business. Even if there wasn't any sort of deep-seated societal problem in the Muslim world, mass migration on principle is a fucking horrible idea. Literally flooding the West with waves upon waves of brown migrants is going to cause massive problems because there's a surge of people who are so used to a way of life that's fundamentally incompatible to the West's. Local welfare systems get taxed too heavily by the surge. Sharia gangs and paedophile rings end up becoming a fucking taboo subject even though they're the giant pink elephant in the room. And what's more, there's this adamant refusal to assimilate that's just so fucking obnoxious that nobody's allowed to address.

Assimilation is something that should be expected of anyone who moves to another fucking country. Just like how boorish American tourists would be looked down upon by natives of whatever country, we should talk shit about retards who can't adjust despite moving here. We should have a restrictive immigration policy. Everyone wants to talk about what the rest of the world has that we don't. But the reverse is never true because we have to be charitable, we have to be accepting, we should have to be moral supermen because the rest of the world is afraid of us. Fuck off with that bullshit.

The rest of the world does not accept concepts of amnesty and acceptance for immigrants, and there's a good fucking reason why: because if the rest of the world had open fucking borders, they'd be the ones dealing with the fucking migrant crisis.
