That's because you're not getting the point. It's edgy, but it's so over the top with it that it comes off as hilarious. And let's not kid ourselves, satire or no, at least some of us have met or at least seen one person that fits the stereotype of the traditional nigger to a degree.

You can also tell it's one of the older articles because it's not trying to go out of its way to be edgy for the sake of being edgy and not getting the whole point of the site- mainly that it's meant to be a troll's take on Wikipedia first and foremost, not a ranting ground disguised as "comedy". If you can't get that, then I pity you.
