It's hard to know how to react to this. For all we like to make fun of Epic, they've traditionally handled Fortnite like the cash cow it is. They wouldn't let their money run dry, they wouldn't fuck it up like they did the store. It has to be a marketing stunt, but what's the stunt? People can't play? Sure, it can raise a bit of hype, a bit of absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that. Is it worth the lost money from people who can't use the store when they otherwise would?
