Crime Epstein case: Elon Musk subpoenaed - The plot thickens

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is facing a subpoena from the U.S. Virgin Islands in relation to its lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase, who it wants to hold liable for sex trafficking acts committed by Jeffrey Epstein.

The U.S. Virgin Islands government isn't able to find Musk in order to serve him with the subpoena, and is asking a federal judge to serve it on Tesla Inc. instead.

According to a court filing, the subpoena was issued on April 28.

Lawyers for the island wrote that an investigative firm was contracted to find possible addresses for Musk and also reached out to a lawyer for Musk, but hasn't received a response.

U.S. Virgin Islands is suing the bank giant because it believes that JPMorgan enabled recruiters of Epstein to pay victims and was "indispensable to the operation and concealment of the Epstein trafficking enterprise."

It also says that Epstein could have referred or have attempted to refer Musk to JPMorgan Chase.

Lawyers for JPMorgan said that Epstein's victims are entitled to justice, but the litigation brought against the company is meritless.

Can't believe Elon Musk will die a tragic accidental death caused in a driving accident with the cause of death being 3 gunshot wounds at the back of his head and with his body found at the bottom of the ocean with cement on his feet, followed by FBI raiding his mansion to find 500 terabytes of cheese pizza on his computer. Very sad!

All this article is really saying is they can’t complete service which means they cannot proceed with their lawsuit - maybe they hope the news release will convince someone to leak his whereabouts so they can serve him. I’m sure it’s all about $, they’re hoping for a “go away” settlement but Elon is not the one for that, lol.

My recollection is that Musk doesn't really have a permanent home/address, he couch surfs or stays in hotels.

There was a near-identical story a few days ago about Larry Page, co-founder of Google.

I presume these are witness subpoenas being served, rather than complaints + summonses. The suit is against JPMorgan.

Yeah, which is why you have guys like registered agents or attorneys to handle things like legal documents for you. IIRC Dear Feeder has a registered agent precisely because he's so unavailable.

Musk went into Twitter, fired 80% of the staff, and is now incorporating various social media features from other platforms. Within 4 months.

Even if he is a CIA or WEF or Illuminati asset. He's more effective than any brainwashed latte sipping lefty or pajeet ideologue.

So I don't think they will off him. He's too valuable.

I have a suspicion the US Attorney's office is playing a game, where they either want to make a big show of the service on the person themselves, or to make a big stink in the press.

The difference between Elon and Supreme Bug Leader is that Elon's ideas are just ideas he has and he thinks are correct (they aren't), while Bug Leader is forcing us all to comply.

I have no idea what the fuck is going on in his mind at any given moment, and I don't think he himself does either. That said, he's fun as hell to watch from a distance, as is the screeching in response to his latest lolrandom thing, and is that not why we Kiwis are here? Are we not entertained by him?
