similar to other "reviews" conducted in countries or states like Florida, where transgender medical rights are under attack, the review is unlikely to be given much credence by many United States judges,
Seriously, does he do anything other than poison the well? One day his deboonks will just be posting photos of people at Disneyland, while saying "SEE!?, THEYVE BEEN TO FLORIDA!!!!!"

Yes, Tony, it must be a conspiracy orchestrated by the highest levels at Elon's lair. It can't be anything else. Like you idiots walking into obvious rakes. There are only nefarious conspiracies out to thwart you and people who are somehow even stupider than you from saying stupid things on social media. Nothing happens without (((them))) at the levers.

Imagine citing your own error filled blog and calling it a deboonk. Just saying.
What a joke. So far this is the only study since Clown World started on this subject that has had anything resembling a methodology. And this troon is citing himself, Rhys-style, except Rhys was at least citing his own shit from nominally "peer-reviewed" publications.

I am confused how this retard translates low quality evidence into "amazing results."

Likewise, I am not sure how Rowling correcly noting that troons were nowhere near the tops of the Nazi's list makes her a "holocaust denier."

So it's a way to get an opinion piece published and peer reviewed?
Do you need to be a troon to peer-review a troon?

If the Cass Report "presented almost no new evidence" (Tony Reed), and "wound up making very few conclusions" (Vanessa Urquhart), why are trannies wasting so much time trying to "debunk" it? And is "recommending conversion therapy before transition" (Guillaume Labelle) one of the "conclusions" alluded to by Vanessa?

Also I don't buy Vanessa's story of being sexually abused. Every single tranny has such story.

Trannies throw shit all over the report, like chimpanzees in zoos, just hoping some of it will stick. Big Al thinks that Cass Report is "unethical" because they use a computer-generated image as its cover page.

Even if it did they'd do it anyway because they want to feel better and righter than those damn dirty transphobes. But of course, that's not why they're rushing into it.

Even if she was, this isn't a good way to deal with it.

This is hilarious because Tony gets literally every major fact dead ass wrong.

Major part of Don’t Say Gay or Trans overturned in Florida!

First and foremost, nothing was over turned.

"Chief United States District Judge Mark E. Walker, an Obama appointee, wrote that Wood is “substantially likely” to succeed on her First Amendment claims and issued a preliminary injunction blocking the state from enforcing the law against her, pending her lawsuit. The injunction applies only to Wood and not statewide."

Transgender Florida teacher can use preferred pronouns at work, federal judge rules

Second, the other troon's claim was flat out rejected.

"Plaintiffs Katie Wood, a transgender Hillsborough County teacher, and AV Schwandes, a nonbinary teacher fired last year by Florida Virtual School, sought preliminary injunctions as part of a lawsuit challenging the restrictions."
"Chief U.S. District Judge Mark Walker issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday that blocked enforcement of the law against Wood, but the injunction does not apply statewide. Walker’s decision also denied a preliminary injunction sought by Schwandes."

Federal judge blocks teacher pronoun restriction in Florida, citing First Amendment

Third, the injunction granted to the first troon is likely to be thrown out. Forcing students or other faculty to play the tranny pronoun game violates the prohibition on compelled speech.

"Start with the basics. The First Amendment protects “the right to speak freely and the right to refrain from speaking at all.” Wooley v. Maynard, 430 U.S. 705, 714, 97 S.Ct. 1428, 51 L.Ed.2d 752 (1977). Thus, the government “may not compel affirmance of a belief with which the speaker disagrees.” Hurley v. Irish-Am. Gay, Lesbian & Bisexual Grp. of Bos., 515 U.S. 557, 573, 115 S.Ct. 2338, 132 L.Ed.2d 487 (1995). When the government tries to do so anyway, it violates this “cardinal constitutional command.” Meriwether v. Hartop (6th Cir. 2021) 992 F.3d 492, 503

Wait until Tony finds out that all his favored groups are funded by the same sources as the Heritage Foundation.

Why would the review "literally" use any data from the studies? It's a review.

This is also Tony, who LITERALLY GOT A DEGREE IN STATISTICS, saying the review should have used awful statistical practices. Apparently Tony thinks it's good practice to take data from a bunch of questionable sources (few of which probably provided the data anyway) and aggregate it blindly. You make up the accuracy on volume!

Prior restraints on speech (and an enforced requirement either to use or refuse to use pronouns is obviously such a restraint) are vastly disfavored at law, for very good reasons.

It's still annoying to read "Mx. Schwandes" over and over again, and whether or not this clown can be a teacher and refer to themselves in such a ridiculous way, in no way should students be forced to respect this bullshit and basically worship pagan idols. I say "they" because I don't even know if this is a male or a female faggot.

I’m on mobile so apologies for awful formatting.
Jamie Reed (whistle blower and former case manager at Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children’s Hospital) used this moment of gender reckoning to kick Tony while he is down, and she is hitting Tony in the only place he still has feeling, his ego. She says Tony’s “work” is misinformation and the people doing the actual boots on the ground gender work never even mention him. I am sure Jamie is enjoying rubbing his nose in this after all the mudslinging Tony threw her way. Enjoy this moment Jamie, you deserve it.

🧵Just had a question posed from a colleague in @LGBT_Courage

How do we fight @ErinInTheMorn misinformation?

My answer might not be that popular:

But here goes.

I worked in a pediatric transgender center for 4 1/2 years. I was not on social media but most of my team was.
🧵the reality: her name was NEVER mentioned at all. Nothing she ever wrote was discussed. Nothing @assignedmedia wrote ever mattered.
What did matter- the only things that broke through to the conversations.
🧵science papers, what the @AmerAcadPeds said, what @wpath published, and maybe not shocking to some but @AbigailShrier book, @LisaLittman1 paper, @jessesingal Atlantic story, and @eanderh and Dr. Laura Edwards-Leepers op-ed. @HormoneHangover on 60 Minutes.
So I hesitate to get in a total kerfuffle over @ErinInTheMorn because as much as we love the Twitter universe I try to keep my stethoscope monitoring the real heart beat. And recently that has been Pamela Paul’s @nytopinion, The Cass Review.
So maybe right now, as we have the scientific evidence so clearly showing us the best pathway forward; AIM HIGH my friends. Write your own op-eds to every paper you know. Send the Cass Review to every journalist you see who writes a piece on the topic. And leave the littles to scramble to find footing in this new reality.

Enjoy this moment Jamie, you deserve it.
Smart tactics, it's time more parents started seeing these more prolific troons as the enemy of their families and watching how the grooming degeneracy trickles down into and out of every troon the more they post. It starts there. Not at the "professionals".

Also I don't buy Vanessa's story of being sexually abused. Every single tranny has such story.
Sadly, I do. The official state is 1 in 3 women have been sexually assaulted in their lifetime. However back when MeToo first hit the internet all but one of my 100+ female friends related a story - or multiple stories - of sexual abuse, sometimes just cat calling, but up to and including rape. I've seen this phenomenon in other places on social media, most memorable was a reddit thread asking women when they were first sexually abused. Ages as low as 4-7 were common, almost everyone got at least rude comments from adults during puberty. Very few women posted and said they didn't get anything until adulthood.

Personally I suspect the real rate of sexual abuse is higher than 1 in 3, the 1 in 3 is the abuse authorities know about. I realize that pervy comments are very different from rape, but they still impact a woman negativity, so I still consider them sexual abuse.

It's possible she's lying, but I find it unlikely. I find it more likely that she could be exaggerating what happened for more victim points than she's flat out lying.

The head of the BMJ doesn't even agree with him, but Tony doesn't care. He continues to push the "only two studies were rejected" myth when he didn't even read the report he claimed to debunk.
ROFLMAO at "torn to shreds"

Ah, a male who defended pedophiles, defends a sex pest (Mitchell Slater) on a website owned by a stinky Indian bitch (and communist). Good times.

For the record, Chris Geidner is arguably dumber and more incompetent than Kate Strangio who got steamrolled. Geidner's garbage analysis is laughably wrong becuase one of the most important "traditonal stay factors" is the question of whether the troons are likely to succeed on the mertis. The SCOTUS grant of the stay application was an unambigous announcment that (1) the conservative majority do not think troonery is a protected status or protected class and (2) sweeping statewide troon injunctions in places like Arkansass, Florida, and Utah are improper.

Let me count Tony's incorrect assertions. First, the Montana case will absolutely be impacted because the Court ruled that statewide injunctions that go beyond the parties are improper. Second, there are active federal court injunctions in Arkansas and Florida that should be adversely impacted by this ruling.

Screenshot 2024-04-16 122751.jpg

The concurring opinions go through painstaking detail to explain why universal injunctions that Snaggle Tooth fawns over are improper. I would also note that in typical Tony fashion, anything that involves more than bare minimum effort is far too much to ask of troons.

Screenshot 2024-04-16 123158.jpg

This is also incorrect because, as mentioned above, "likelihood of success on the merits" is among the most important factors that the court considered.

Honestly the rate is probably even higher for pooners, they're sexually traumatized and alienated from their own bodies and so they try to escape from it.
