I decided the other week to look into kateisdeflate. Can't remember exactly why, I think partly it was that I knew he was scheduled to have his balls cut off in April, and he was posting things that suggested underlying mental illness (beyond the whole "I'm a woman!" thing).

4 months on HRT. Here are my results!
I have been on a weight loss diet and so most measurements have gone down. Some I've been happy to see shrink, others... I'm looking at you, bust size!
Notably... I LOST ANOTHER INCH OF HEIGHT! Down 2"!!!

his sligtht decreases in measurements, if they're real, are probably due to the 5 lb weight loss. given this was intentional, 5 lb is abysmal over that period.

nobody thinks the trannoids are conservative. they're very aligned wit the elements of the elft that are convenient for them, but there's something deeply homophobic about the idea all gays and lesbians are secretly in denial of reality and that medicalization can fix them, and the list of sexist shit trannies pull is unending. gays, especially the women, have rather rapidly began pushing against the tranny invasion of their spaces and the fact rhat trannies latch on to them as a shield for their flagrant degeneracy.

There's a difference between "conservative" as in an undefined political ideology that aligns with the Republicans/Tories current oppositional partisan positions and "conservative" as in tied to the status quo or past. If we assume for simplicity's sake that the conservative position on gender norms is that they are naturally fixed and exist on some kind of spectrum between "true men" and "true women" then the radical oppositional position would be something along the lines that gender is either meaningless, a short hand social construct in the aggregate or just a representation of averages. The trans ideology and Tony would be conservative in this sense. Tony is not attracted to men and he doesn't want to be a man so therefore he must be a woman while remaining attracted to women, his "homosexuality" is a product of his gender philosophy and his gender philosophy is centrally based around a psychological belief that he can't be man enough because of [faggotry] so he must be a true and honest woman.

Offering trans ideology the position that its opponents are "conservative" because of the first sense allows them to position themselves as both against the status quo and as an "advance" to a superior state, even when they're regressive, reactionary and conservative in the second sense sometimes almost pathologically so. If gender is not a fixed spectrum or whatever but instead essentially meaningless then Tony or any trans person claiming to switch genders is itself just a narcissistic meaningless claim, they have to fall back on their lies that they are changing their sex a far more insane position because sex actually is fixed and they can't introduce doubt by pointing to individuals who diverge from the aggregate/average like they can with gender. In either case, the essential component to their claim of "transition" is based on what they believe fixed gender norms to be. Fixed gender norms are a conservative position in either sense but only necessarily so in the first sense currently, those "conservatives" can change their position on it as many did on same-sex marriage. (Defending same-sex marriage is "conservative" in the second sense now because it has become the status quo. Among "queer activists" and others it was also the "conservative" position in the past because the more radical position is the abolition of marriage.)

I could see it getting ugly from Tony's side.

Like just a slow drip of subtweets about how "some people" who advocate for trans issues aren't who they pretend to be ... and framing some small disagreement or denial as something he couldn't ignore because of his political principles.

If that kept up for a while, Zack might speak up. But Tony will probably fume over something without ever indicating he's mad about it until the break happens.
