4. Miguel Cardona will be a lame duck on or about November 6. The district can just slow walk this frivolous complaint and the new secretary of education and President Cheeto will side with the district.
5. The Miguel Cardona guidance doesn't even take effect until August 1, 2024 so this grievance is premature.
