I did some digging. The twitter account i believe is confirmed not to be sewerslvt. It's this guy, featured smoking through this vase(?). This doesn't look like our ethan, the account says their birthday was the 21st. Ethan's is in May. Also sperging out on Ethan's sock account AgonyOST.

I found multiple sewerslvt accounts on Tiktok, this is just the one that had the same profile picture seen in the screenshot from that Tweet.

Cynthoni has a linkertree attached to their Instragram profile - https://linktr.ee/cynthoni - has the usual sites to stream them but also containts a twitch account. He could possibly be thinking of doing live sets on twitch which hes done in the past (a2b2, Projekt melody NYE live set)
I've gone through Ethans following on the Cynth account and it looks like hes mainly follow artists he enjoys however it also looks like hes following a lot of concert booking / managers. i suspect he may be gearing to do a few live shows in the near future as his following indicates that. could also be reading too deep into it however.
