It's been forever I have not watched him, but I saw him a lot in other people's content, like everybody else.

I think Ethan is the embodiment of a cry for help. He got fat, he got obnoxious, he seems to continuously have a hair cut that make him look homeless, he starts fights, provoke people on a regular basis.

This is just is appearances. But I think it says a lot about how he sees himself. He is beyond not caring, he seems to be engaged in an active self-sabotage.

If I had to bet, I would say he has an addiction. I would bet on alcohol given the weight gain, but it could also correlate with some specific types of pills.

In any case, I refuse to believe that this is a man who is doing OK. I have been around enough people who are on the path of imploding their own life to know what it looks like.

I can’t remember but I think he did bitterly mention Post ghosted him. It was a while ago, but if so. that could also help explain the behavioral issues. Ethan seems very vengeful and quick to justify his bad behavior with any “slight”.
