Knowing exactly the kind of person that Ethan is, I can only imagine this fat fuck will take this and will still continue to run his gaping hole he calls a mouth, digging himself into an even deeper hole. Managing to get hit with a SLAPP suit is already a feat of it's own considering you have to be absolutely fucking retarded to not make it completely apparent you are making a concentrated effort to defame someone.

I won't be happy until I see the residents of all of the homeless encampments of LA decked out in the latest Teddy Fresh outfits.
I hope the next time I see Ethan is ten years from now when his garbage podcast is long forgotten, and he’s shuffling homeless in the streets digging through garbage before getting raped by raccoons.

He took it a little further than that with Musk. He impersonated Elon on twitter and while posting 'as' Elon, claimed he was a big fan of Ghislaine Maxwell and loved hanging out on the lolita express.
What a retard. A fat one.

Ethan is the exactly perfect type of person to see his own bullshit finally blow up in his face, because as previously mentioned. Dude's a ladder climber clout fiend with no redeemable traits or even being good at faking neutrality or boilerplate decorum- He's just incredibly shitty at making sure he's not burning everyone on the way up it. Or keeping track of what throw away bullshit falls out of his pie hole that might get him traffic.
Would you mind elaborating? I only vaguely follow the drama but had no clue about this (sorry for spoonfeed)
The short and long of it as I understand it. Only on the Jon side of things I got fuck all clue about the Frank side.

Jontron was an established money making e-celeb presence in the area way before ethan was doing much more than his skits and riding the tide of "Epic SJWs owned" and basically helped Ethan get a place and situated, and outright got Hila a job as a producer so they'd have a foothold and not just be bare ass in the wind in a new location. Also he shared no doubt a pretty wide band of connections with them.

All I know loosely offhand,

Ethan/Hila's initial plan was going to Philadelphia until Jon offered her the job up in New York.

And allegedly, if you can stomach sifting through years of their audio sewer that is their podcast, (I cannot so I won't.) They've talked a bit about it in a few different videos I think over a six month period going backwards from the time of upload of Jon's titenic video. And they seem the type too fucking lazy and stupid to keep track of their own words so likely they didn't delete anything where they were probably weakly one liner praising Jon for his generosity and help.

Is this the court case?

Apparently he read some article that accused Ryan Kavanaugh of running a Ponzi scheme.
Plaintiff’s evidence establishes a prima facie case that the statements were reasonably interpreted an assertion of fact. The challenged statements are undisputed. Based on a review of the challenged statements located at 26-40, the Court finds the statements can reasonably be understood in the defamatory sense alleged by Plaintiff. In almost all instances, Klein expressly referenced the 2019 Variety article as the source of that assertion. In many instances, Klein read directly from the 2019 Variety article and ran laugh tracks and comedic voice tracks while reading it and repeating the headline from the 2019 Variety article. See e.g. Defendants’ Appendix of Exhibits, Ex. 5, July 1, 2021 Podcast.

As a republisher of Spar’s accusation, Klein’s statements asserted that Kavanaugh was running a Ponzi scheme. “If the defendant reprints or circulates a libelous writing, this has the same effect as an original publication. The same is true where the defendant repeats a slanderous charge, even though the defendant states the source of it, or indicates that he or she is merely repeating a rumor. In other words, each publication of a defamatory statement gives rise to a new cause of action.” 5 Witkin, Summary (11th ed. 2022), Torts 633.
